Thank you Leaders for helping us rent a beautiful flat on Ocean Way! The flat was clean and newly painted, and any maintenance issues flagged were quickly taken care of. Amelia, Holly and Emily were always helpful and lovely to speak to. We were given several similar alternatives when the flat we initially wanted was taken, and viewings were arranged efficiently. We were also given video tours where possible. One minor criticism was that communication via email for the no-deposit option and document checks process were a little unclear. We had to phone to get clarification, but for which we were given really helpful advice. Despite this, we were very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Leaders to anyone looking to rent a property in Ocean Village. UPDATE: Changed my review to 4* because of poor communication from the building manager during the tenancy. We had to call the admin team for further clarification (who were brilliant, but we should have been able to get this information from the building manager).
