We had a great experience buying a house several years ago where Gina worked hard at making sure the conveyancers were moving everything along. We decided to use them for selling recently and Jack and Chris were fantastic at dealing with some tricky problems. I have used Mann Countrywide to find tenants over a number of years. They have usually found some good tenants and work hard to get things sorted in order to reduce the void period between tenants. Unfortunately they are hampered in my view by some of the top-down requirements of Countrywide which they belong to e.g. changing the energy supplier to Spark but these can mostly be overcome by the helpful staff in the Totton office if you have specific views on such issues.
