We are landlords in Southampton and have been using Robertson’s tenant find only service for the last few years. In our experience, and compared to other agents we have used, Robertsons have marketed our houses effectively, found us good tenants, in good time and the move in process has generally been smooth. Robertsons property management went above and beyond when our house had problems with the boiler leading to short circuiting of electricity. They guided us through identifying the problem. And when that couldn't be done over the phone a boiler expert was deployed. Both estate agent and boiler expert attended the property and the matter was fixed only a short couple of hours after we reported the issue. It is fair to say this agency go above and beyond when it comes to their tenants even after hours as this incident occurred at 7 o'clock, which is outside normal working hours. Robertsons houses and flats are kept to a very high standard and are a great value for money! Hameed has been my personal landlord during this period, whenever emergencies arise he is available 24/7. When improvements are needed he always delivers, he replaced the double glazed windows, doors and added a fence and patio when I was living at Devonshire Road. 5 star service!
