From three local agents who all gave similar valuations for my property, I chose Weller Patrick and they did a first class job for me. The photos of my property together with the particulars that they prepared were of a high standard and having found a buyer very quickly, they always kept me informed of the progress of the sale. Michael and all his staff were friendly, helpful and always responded quickly to any queries I had. It is worth mentioning that 32 years previously when I originally bought the property, the agent was Michael Patrick! So accumulated years of experience does count.

The sale was complicated by various factors in addition to the pandemic, but Mike Patrick and his team kept plugging away, and we were very pleased with the result.

We used Weller Patrick to sell our house and the whole experience was very simple and hassle free. The advice given was honest and dealing with their staff was a pleasant experience. No hard sell, No pushy sales people. The sales brochure they created was done quickly and was comprehensive and the viewings we received were of a good quality. We also had the offer of assisted viewings if we wished. At the last minute our circumstances changed and we decided not to sell and this is where Weller Patrick were most supportive and understanding. In all the process was quick, hassle free and from memory the commission that would have been due was very competitive. They also gave us help and advice on the next property we were due to purchase had the sale gone through despite being out of their area. I would recommend them to anyone looking for the personal touch during the stressful time of buying and selling a property. A few years later we looked to buy a commercial property (which did go ahead) and not only did we see the same familiar faces (which is always a good sign) but the same high levels of support and advice where still there.

Ours was not a straightforward sale. For a start we were 14000 miles away and the house was tenanted when we decided to sell the property. However the service from Michael Patrick was exemplary and we would use Weller Patrick again in a heartbeat.
