A1 - pure class! A trusted family business that is legendary. I can't thank Clive and his son Tom enough...... from the outset I was treated in a professional and friendly manner. Clive came out and spent quality time going around the property, offering frank, honest and open opinions about how would be best to proceed. When I instructed Austerberry, everything happened so quickly. Clive came out and did an amazing walk around video, highlighting the plus points and being very honest to note the improvements and work needed. Some brilliant insights into the local area etc too - superb, a marketing genius. The team at Austerberry were professional, friendly, and kept me informed an updated at every stage, nothing was too much for this superb team. Sarah, Melanie and others couldn't do enough for me. Everything completed super quickly and the entire package from start to finish was way beyond expectations. They delivered on everything and made this such a smooth sailing and stress free process as I lived out of area and quite a distance away, so everything was handled remotely. I was connected with everybody needed to complete from; having the central heating drained down, all the way through to having an EPC created and getting a solicitor/conveyancer in place to handle the legalities. If you're a seller or buyer in Stoke/Staffs.... there really is no competition. Thank you so VERY much folks! You are all amazing.

Really easy key collection and always happy to help. Initially when requesting a viewing for the house we have now purchased the viewing appointments were either a week away or the middle of the day which doesn’t always work but the staff were happy to accommodate our situation after speaking to the vendor. Very helpful and informative for the amount of time we needed to speak to them as buyers. Would highly recommend for a stress free service and would probably use them if we ever came to sell again! (Although I’m hoping we don’t sell anytime soon lol)

We were selling through the COVID-19 lockdown and they were very supportive and did a brilliant online viewing. If you want an estate agent who is honest, reliable, friendly, and supportive this is the sales team for you. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and I never had to chase them for anything! Even on completion day when it all went abit let’s just say stressful they were so helpful. I can anticipate that in this current climate (pandemic) it's not been easy for many of us looking to jump onto the property Ladder, if I had one compliant then it would be that the phone doesn't always ring through but that's where the compliants stop. We were mainly dealing with Vicky who was our middle person between the seller and us and our broker, we had a tough time and very long delays but with Vicky's help we were able to diffuse the seller's frustrations as we were always genuine in our intentions. The delays from lenders went on for months, creating lots of uncertainty. Communication is key between all parties and Vicky alongside Luke helped us through to the finish line. There is always room for improvement but we were happy with their service and professionalism.
