It’s my first time using Butters after using a couple of other local companies and the difference has been night and day. If you’re thinking about using these guys then I wouldn’t waste time thinking twice, they’ve been outstanding for me so far. Tim has provided me with such a quick and efficient service with buying my property and his communication has been 11/10 from start to finish. He’s a real asset to the company and I literally couldn’t ask for anymore!

I was familiar with Butters John bee and knew that I had made the right choice. I have been liaising with Amy Simpkin the branch manager at Longton. Amy has been absolutely amazing, she always responds to my queries and has been extremely professional at all times which is re assuring especially when you are a landlord living some distance away. I'm glad that I have gone ahead with a estate agent that looks out for their clients needs and are also proactive. I would definitely ask for Margaret, if I needed help selling a property in the future. I arranged for several estate agents to view the property for sale, but then instantly decided to use Butters John Bee (Longton) and within a very short space of time, a professional brochure was produced and the property was on the market. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, but my main point of contact was Margaret Tinsley. Margaret was very enthusiastic in relation to organising viewings (several on the first day and thereafter) and she was also extremely good at keeping me up to date with the situation. Her response to emails and phone calls were also first class. Due to the fact I was not living in the area, I had to totally really on Margaret and I can honestly say she made this very easy for me and the sale went through within the time frame needed.

We contacted three Estate Agents before putting our house on the market. All three were good but we were swayed by the brochure presentation and the quality of the photographs produced by Butters John Bee. Once we’d made the decision we were not disappointed. The photographs presented the house in its best light and the property was on the internet within a couple of days and created strong interest. It only took a couple of weeks or so before we received a good offer. After agreeing acceptance we were kept informed of any progress and whenever we contacted the office all staff were pleasant and professional. The service we have received has been so much higher than we could of ever expected! Butters sold our house for the first time within a week, unfortunately through no fault of theirs the buyer pulled out at a very late stage! As devastating as this was for us as it ment we lost the house we were buying Breeze was just absolutely amazing, she was so supportive and very professional, it really would of been so much harder without that emotional support! Butters John Bee have provided an excellent service from start to finish with helping me to sell my property. Claire was really positive and friendly when she came to provide a valuation and whilst we also had other local estate agents out at the same time to give a valuation, the service described from Butters just felt more in line with what our expectations were and we knew this was the right choice for us. When the photos were taken for our brochure and to appear online Claire was here for over an hour making sure we were happy with the angles and lighting, it didn’t feel rushed at any point. Butters were different to other companies in my experience as they didn’t advertise on Rightmove then sit around waiting for buyers to come to them, they were actively promoting my property through social media and direct phone calls to previous customers who had expressed an interest in a property such as mine. I had 5 viewings before my house even went live on Rightmove and it sold in under 6 days of having the photographs taken (was actually only 4 working days). The team at Butters are really driven and promoting your property is their priority. I felt comfortable ringing and asking as many questions as I needed to and they were eager to help with anything and everything. The phone is never left unanswered and the staff in the office can’t do enough to help and assist. Thank you!
