When the answer the phone, BJB are very helpful and sort problems out relatively quickly. However, now they are working remotely it can be difficult to get hold of the same person, or anybody at all! They have a back up call centre in Essex I believe, but that's no good if you need a problem solving, or question answering immediately. I much preferred it when they were in a branch - but they look after my property and helped a lot when we had bad tenants, so I can't grumble. Today I spoke with Andrea B-R and she was very attentive, talked through my options, and sorted everything out for me. This included contacting the tenants and getting back to me in a timely manner.

I am writing this to publicly commend Natalie Tunnicliffe of Butters John Bee for all the time and trouble she has taken to assist me with recent maintenance issues at one of my properties in Burslem. To cut a long story short, there was a suspected collapsed waste pipe on my property. "Oops!" I thought, "That's going to cost a few quid to fix!" And so decided to claim on my insurance policy. Natalie was central and instrumental in the whole project from start to finish. Because of all the parties involved (insurance company, contractors, water board, and not least the tenants) it required a lot of management. Natalie did it all, liaising with all parties to make sure that the job got done well, promptly and efficiently. She really was an excellent project manager indeed, and I've dealt with quite a few project managers over the years! Natalie was the best! Thank you Natalie for all your hard work, from a very grateful man!

this review relates to a telephone call on 22 April 2021. It related to a cost I had to pay on my rental property. The case was explained in a clear way and we found an efficient way to make the payment promptly. Andrea made a not that I was interested in hearing the latest information regarding possible sale of the property. This needs to be further discussed and explored and I wait for the call from the respective team. Unfortunately this review is not so easy to complete. It required a google password which was not to hand and when I found this eventually I had to verify the password and prove I wasn't a robot. Also because I live in Germany the Google Maps application defaulted to German language which then took some time to translate. I won't fill in another review due to the time take to do this one.
