I purchased through Dale and Collins so there were no financial ramifications. They helpfully found me a surveyor to carry out a home buyer's survey and local gas and electricity testing companies to carry out the safety tests recommended. They knew who I was when I phoned up with one query or another and always endeavoured to get me a response from the vendors in a timely manner. The lady I spoke to most frequently was pleasant and always helpful - you could hear the smile in her voice. When you are purchasing from a hundred miles away it is very helpful to have an ally in the locality!

My partner and I are moving into a property next week, and the estate agent is Dale and Collins. We have mostly been dealing with Tim, who I honestly cannot praise highly enough. He has done so much for us, and has been so understanding, it hasn't been a plain sailing move, as there have been some issues with verifications and move in dates, and Tim and the team couldn't do enough for us. They have all been so kind, and understanding, and professional, and they have made us feel so welcome and valued as tenants. If you're looking for a home and find one though these guys, you will be in excellent hands, and landlords, if you're looking for an agency to rent/ advertise through, if they treat their landlords the same as their tenants then you will be in excellent hands. I cannot thank the team enough for all they've done for us.

We first started with Dale and Collins about two years ago when we were looking to rent a property. Especially Tracey, Jackie and Ruth have been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. The first house we wanted to go for fell through as the landlord pulled out, but D&C did everything they could to find us another suitable property. In the last two years they have been nothing but helpful. They were always on call/email whenever we had any troubles and any issues were dealt with very efficiently. Whenever we had a house visit it wasn't something we dreaded weeks before, but we were looking forward to having what felt like a good friend coming around for a nice chat. We now bought our own house away from Stoke and sadly had to leave D&C, but it was a great experience throughout and we couldn't recommend them enough.
