Fantastic service, I had three different valuations from theee different agencies for my grandparents bungalow, due to ill health they needed to move asap and were not able to deal with the sale themselves. Martin and co gave the highest valuation with difference of £50,000 between the lowest and theirs. I was apprehensive but the valuer reassured me with his experience, his research and knowledge of the area. The bungalow sold after the first viewing when the advert had been live for matter of days for the asking price! The service was smooth, fast and efficient! Thank you

They are a decent enough letting company, and they did manage to tend to a number of issues that came up during my tenancy. The reason I'm only giving 3 stars is due to the 'checkout report' that was done by one of the staff (not mentioning names here) - which was forwarded to myself and the landlord. Now, I understand that its up to myself to keep the place tidy etc, and it was left in a very decent condition - considering I was there for around 2 years give or take. But on that report, it seemed very very thorough. Picking out every single detail, and making it sounding much worse than it actually was. (i.e. finger-marked sockets/switches, dusty doors/radiators etc). It was never going to be 100% immaculate was it? Inevitably, it resulted in me losing a big chunk of my deposit.

I found a very nice apartment with them and lived there for 2 years. Although we really enjoyed the apartment but the few times we called for any issue, it was a long delays. There is no one focal person who is dealing with situation and you have to explain the story every single time. Moreover, also found them rude especially if you are raising concerns of any sort and there is a good chance that you will get different information from different people.

The best estate agents that I've dealt with by far. The team helped our move to be as seamless and quick as possible when we were in a difficult position. The team are very professional and we always receive great customer service. Thank you.
