I live 2 hours away from Stoke on trent and as a landlord that likes to takes their duty of care seriously, I am grateful that I chose to use NHs, I am duly informed of any issues and this often comes with a resolution. Therefore I know they are on the case so I can have peace of mind. I get better service from the team there then I do from other agencies where I pay a premium for a supposedly no nonsense service. I used NH to manage a house in Stoke for the best part of 3 years. For most of that time it was fully let to students despite not being in the best student area. I can't recommend Becky and Rob highly enough. They were a pleasure to deal with and addressed any issues promptly and efficiently, making the whole process hassle-free for me as someone based in London.
