We highly recommend Platinum Property for the sale of your home. From the first point of contact Donna was honest and reliable. They value houses at realistic prices and don’t try to reel you by over valuations. We received a 1st class service, everything was well organised and every box is ticked. They keep you well informed, keep you calm when you need it and get things moving when you are waiting on solicitors. In addition Donna located our next home to buy and it was absolutely perfect. I can comment that both the sales and purchase through platinum was seamless. There were a few bumps along the way due to outside factors but Donna and the team were always on hand to help. Platinum is not our local estate agent in our stoke on Trent area but that didn’t affect anything. We received more than our local estate agent at a better price including, floor plans , virtual video, quality photo graphs and a service from a team that really do care. We were really nervous about picking the right estate agents as we hadn’t moved for 20 years and were not familiar with the process. This estate agents attention to detail is remarkable! I was not their direct client, however I felt important to them and very much cared for. The standard of service is impeccable, and very much personalised to invidual needs and requirements! Generally my experience with moving House was not a pleasant one, due to other unforeseen circumstances, Platimum properties helped enormously to ease the difficulties and frankly I do not know what I would of done without them , this agency in my opinion are worth their weight in gold!

Professional, Efficient and Customer Focused! In September I made the decision to move home, so arranged for 3 local agents to conduct a valuation on my property. They were - 1. Butters John Bee 2. Austerbury and 3. Platinum Properties). Butters John Bee recommended I list the property at OIEO £190k. I told Claire (Valuer and Manager) what other agents were coming out to provide a valuation and she insisted that Platinum would over value the property and then said, ‘I’ll let you read their google reviews and make your own mind up about Austerbury’. She neglected to tell me that I need an EPC completing. Austerbury recommended I list the property at £210k. The Valuer Luke was a really nice guy and confirmed I needed an EPC. Platinum Property recommended I list the property at £210k. Donna the Valuer and Manager was lovely, very friendly, professional and adopted a soft sales approach, leaving the ball in my court. She advised me about the EPC. Because of Donna’s approach, I chose to go with Platinum Property. I emailed Claire from Butters John Bee and Luke from Austerbury to advise them. Luke replied instantly, wishing me good luck, advising me to call if I needed anything. I’m still waiting on Claire’s reply…………… Five days after listing my property, it was sold at £210k, which demonstrates, just how out of touch Butters John Bee are with the current market. Unfortunately, the property I was buying was listed via Butters John Bee – What a nightmare they were to deal with. I sent numerous emails to Tori, who seldomly replied. I asked for a floor plan, which was never sent to me and I’ve had no contact from them throughout any of the process. The sellers of the property also expressed how disappointed they were with Butters John Bee and stressed that they would never use them again. Platinum properties throughout the whole process were fantastic. The photography and floor plan were brilliant and outshone all others on Rightmove and Zoopla. Charlotte was exceptional and a credit to the team at Platinum Properties. She provided regular updates, replied to all emails within the hour and was always happy to go above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. If you want an efficient estate agent, who puts the customer before the sale, Platinum Property is the one to use!

Recently moved properties and everything that could go wrong did!! But with the support of Kat, the financial advisor who is attached to the estate agents, I did not have to worry about a thing. Kat is brilliant at her job and came up with suggestions and ideas that never entered my head. She got us the best possible deals in the fastest time and took away all of the stress that comes with dealing with mortgage companies. I can’t recommend her enough!

We are not ones for leaving reviews (kids and work!! so every minute is precious) But outstanding business in a world of bad reviews for every little thing, need rewarded. We can not thank everyone at Platimum properties enough. We are renting a house through them and they couldn’t do enough to help make the move to our new house as easy as possible. Large and small companies should take notes of how Platimum deal with people. I for one would highly recommend Platimum for anyone looking to rent.
