We have always found Stephenson and Brown very helpful and are now in our 6th year of renting through this agent. From the initial house viewing through to move in date we were always kept up to date with information. House inspections have always been easy to arrange and when visiting the staff have always been professional and polite. We are always kept up to date with new emergency procedures and when it is time for any gas safety checks etc too. Thank you for the continued brilliant service!

Well what can I say , we decided to put our house on the market but the team in Alsager were already ahead of us ! They sent viewing and sold our home before we even hit the market ! We also purchased a property which did not go smooth due to legal reasons but the team were there through all of the highs and the lows and did everything they could to ensure our sale completed ! We choose the Alsager branch to complete our sale of our property. We found at the start the sales team to be very accommodating and knowledgable when giving us advice and support. During the viewings we felt slightly less supported doing all viewings ourselves and communication during offer was not always the best. However, Margaret in the after sales team is amazing, providing weekly updates and always making us feel supported. We always felt Margaret had our best interests and would always be in the ball if there was ever a problem.

Good experience in finding and securing my home. Both Carla and Ally (lettings) were positive and pleasant to deal with; making the whole process a breeze. They worked very efficiently and from the day of my application I was moving in only 9 days later. I was looking to invest in a buy-to-let and completely new to the Stoke area, being drawn to it because of very good yields. I needed help with which areas to concentrate on. I left a message asking for support and Sarah Radford called me back. I have since spoken with several Stoke lettings agents and she is by far the best. I can email or speak to her knowing she will review a property for me very quickly with a rental estimate, pros and cons and even a local history all of which I really appreciate. She emails back rapidly despite me never having paid anything to her company. If I am successful in a recent offer I want Sarah to manage my property and she has already been up front as to costs and fees.
