We have been renting with SSH for two years now and would highly recommend! Prabhdeep is a genuine and honest landlord and we are always given sufficient notice of viewings/ maintenance, etc. We are given the option to pay rent monthly or termly which takes some of the stress away from student budgeting. 5/5.

We rented a house in Manchester from this company between 2018 and 2020. We got good value for money in a very appealing location and the majority of repairs and problems we needed were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were provided with a house that was kept to a good standard, albeit with a few issues which were rectified as they came up. Our tenancy came with Wifi, Sky TV and unlimited bills all included in the rate. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they also gave myself and my fellow housemates extra time to pay off our rent due to many of us losing our normal streams of income. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for student rentals and believe they would provide accommodation suitable to most students needs.
