R. J.I recently moved back to Swansea and required a rental property in a very short space of time. I can honestly say I’ve never seen such a fast, professional and responsive service. The viewing was carried out the same day I phoned and upon arrival I was welcomed into the property, the viewing was really professional and friendly. Shortly after the viewing, it was followed up by the letting manager Alice.
I explained my situation and Alice assured me she would do her best to move things along as quickly as possible. It wasn’t long after the conversation I had email correspondence with all the relevant information to proceed with the letting. I have to say the communication and effort to help me get into the property didn’t go unnoticed. I even had a lovely card from the team! I will certainly be returning in the future when purchasing a property through this estate agents, highly recommended!!
