I fully recommend Tidal. Having to move twice in 7 months was far from ideal! But Sarah has been incredibly helpful and supportive. She has gone above and beyond to help me find my new rental property. Nothing has been too much trouble. She has shown great patience and made the situation as smooth as it could possibly be. As overseas investors, we had our first experience with Sarah Draper of Tidal Estate and Lettings. They are very helpful and willing to support you. They take over all the work that is necessary to rent out your property. Our property was rented out one week after she advertised it. Viewings took place in a couple of days. Checked done quickly and contract signed in a week. We have to rely on the service and knowledge of Tidal. Until now were are very satisfied with the service and lead times. We looking forward working with them together more closely on our next properties.
