Fantastic response to our emergency on Good Friday night! My elderly mum is the tenant who lives alone in an Alan Hawkins rented property and experienced a sudden and serious water leak. We called the out of hours emergency number and to our great relief Kevin Hawkins answered this personally. He organised the plumber who arrived at the property within 20 minutes. Meanwhile he spoke with Mum to reassure her and was just brilliant. It was all sorted in less than an hour. This was the second time in a week Alan Hawkins have come to Mum's rescue and I can't praise them enough. So caring and professional.
