Currently using Castles due to buying a property through them. They have been excellent so far. Communication is easy, and they are always polite and happy to help. Emma has been great from viewing the property, having all relevant information to hand, to keeping in touch now the offer has been accepted and next steps. So far so good! Would recommend!

The team at Castles work hard to get you a buyer & deliver a great service. I have used Castles for many years now and would always recommend them to people, above any other estate agent! This year alone, they have sold my Daughters house in one day, and then sold my sons house within two days. They also have a pending sale for my neighbour too. My own unique property was sold with them also. During the negotiations of my sale I dealt mainly with Natalie Bristow. She is a great communicator, was always happy and upbeat, she is a natural true person you would want speak to on the end of the phone when you called them. She did what she said she would do, and it was great to have built up a trust and rapport with someone. To top things off, Natalie was the person who actually showed my buyer around my house and secured the sale!! Excellent. She is a great asset to the team and Castles.

Clear, dedicated, professional, attentive, REALISTIC, honest, approachable, human, empathetic and dependable are words I would use to describe the CAstles Team and their approach to customer service, satisfaction and a smooth sale. I moved about a month ago into my new address and I found that Castle's were very efficient and friendly to deal with ... all of the necessary paperwork was dealt with ease and was processed very quickly without any fuss.
