Not living in the area but with a property to sell, an acquaintance suggested Dewhurst & Co. Richard was attentive & friendly organising the valuation & marketing material. I then dealt with Natalie who was brilliant. Superb communication. She went above & beyond dealing with queries and pushing things along (Solicitors weren’t very coordinated & rather slow). She was a helpful ‘go between’ us and the purchaser directly which resolved queries quickly and easily. Natalie & Dewhurst have restored my faith in Estate Agents after previous negative experiences over the years. Many thanks & it’s a shame we didn’t get to meet in person.

Dewhurst are absolutely first class. When we were considering marketing our property I was considering using an online agent, I am extremely grateful that my wife talked me out of it. We had complications with the sale which put us at risk of losing the property that we were looking to purchase. Dewhurst & Co made the purchase of our first home go very smoothly, after many failed attempts of offers being rejected and explaining I was slowly giving up Natalie pulled out all the stops to arrange extra viewings to suit our work hours and was very responsive when it came to all the 'silly' questions we had being first time buyers. Natalie was a star and really put me at ease throughout the whole process and Jordan was more than happy to help with some questions I had after the sale had completed! Dewhurst have been so helpful and professional every step of the way in selling my property. Photos taken for the adverts were professional and really showed off my property. Adverts were quickly posted on relevant websites and they even coming back to take a nicer picture of the outside on a sunny day! They kept me up to date with viewings, always giving me notice and the property sold very quickly. Fees were fair, transparent with no gimmicks like some other estate agents I looked at. The after sales process is what I as a seller have valued the most. Everyone is so friendly and handled my many questions, worries and concerns calmly and professionally. They kept chasing solicitors and passed on many messages between myself as a seller and the buyer. I am so glad that I picked a small local estate agent versus online competitors as we were on first name basis through the entire process and spoke pretty much every week with updates. Dewhurst and Co have honestly been the best estate agent we have ever worked with! After a pretty dreadful experience in Swindon, we we're over the moon to find Dewhurst. We brought a property through Natalie and Richard. To start with, the viewing was one of the best and most professional viewings I have ever been too. Natalie was so knowledgeable about the area, house and any questions. We had spoken to Natalie previously about some concerns, and she actually remembered this and addressed it when we viewed the property, which is just amazing and really great customer service. We were supported throughout the entire process by Richard who was just incredible, in keeping us up to date, chasing solicitors when needed and all round just being great. There was nothing that was to much, and I really believe both Natalie and Richard went above and beyond to support us even in a global pandemic. I can categorically say, when we are thinking of moving again, or anyone else I know is moving in Swindon Dewhurst & Co will be my go to Estate Agent, and I would recommend 100%. Although Dewhurst & Co were employed by our seller, and not us, they soon became our trusted point of contact when asking questions and looking for updates. Quite often Dewhurst & Co, specifically Natalie, were first to get in touch (ahead of other Estate Agents and Solicitors) when there were updates to receive , and were always up to date with what was happening further up the chain. We really appreciated their efforts and would recommend Dewhurst & Co to anyone buying or selling their house.

I recently sold my property through Dewhurst & Co. I had 5 estate agents out to value my property and liked Richard the most due to his honesty, his valuation and his belief in being able to sell my property. Lots of other estate agents came round and tried to promote their business by putting other agents down which I found rude, unnecessary and off-putting. Richard wasn't like this and spoke to me about what he liked about my property and what he could do to sell my property. Even though I was on the market for a fair few months and had a lot of viewings, Jordan, Natalie and Richard kept me in the loop with all feedback and enquiries and kept chasing viewers who hadn't fed back. Even once sold (subject to contract), Natalie kept in contact with me, asking for updates, etc. I was liaising with Dewhurst & Co for nearly a year in the end and they remained professional throughout. The sales team at Dewhurst provided such a great service in selling my property. We were part of a large chain which led to various issues being raised by buying/selling solicitors through the duration of the sale. Our sales negotiator from Dewhurst, Claire Godwin, was a great help and was incredibly proactive in liaising with all parties from the chain to expedite the exchange and completion in a timely manner. What can I say! This must have been one of the most awkward chains ever to encounter with my buyer's solicitor not helping things... Thank God for Natalie!
