recently sold our house using Jo Moss @ ewemove in Swindon. excellent service, easy to communicate with, very proactive and did very well to get best price for our sale. not particularly impressed with the follow up admin service which seemed duplicate and cause some confusion, but Jo was always available to keep us informed and de-stress proceedings. would certainly use again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Have no faith in Estate agents whatsoever from experiences over the years. But, we bought our 1st property in Swindon through Jo at Ewemove and what a difference in the world of estate agents. Jo is professional, knowledgeable, warm, friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to help you in whatever way she can. Fast forward 2 years and we have a property to let so who else to use but Ewemove. This time we had Jenna as she deals with rentals. Jenna has the same ethos as Jo and we are over the moon with her. Time to sell my house in the middle of a Global pandemic! I set aside an afternoon and one by one, five different estate agents visited and pitched their best sale technique to win me over to sell my house. The outsider being Ewemove, not knowing much about them, with the exception of seeing their well-designed signs outside a few houses in North Swindon. Jo gave me an honest valuation of my house and she got my sense of humour! (Which is a good thing). I agreed for Jo to sell my house! The attention to detail of the listing on her website and Rightmove was second to none! Great descriptions and excellent photographs of each room meant the house sold very quickly. Jo was always quick to respond to my annoying questions over text messages and be completely truthful with her response. Some people may think that it is better to go for one of the big boys when selling a house, but my recent experience has taught me that this isn’t always the case. I much preferred dealing with one person from start to finish with the valuation right through to the sale of my house. Jo had in-depth depth knowledge to answer any questions that cropped up. I have since recommended Jo to other friends who also put there house on the market with her and have gone on to sell it hassle free Now I am just waiting for Jo to find my next house!
