Great estate agents, after looking for our perfect home for years, they helped us find our dream home. Couldn’t recommend Adam enough, kept me updated throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. He showed us around the house each time we requested to view and gave us all the info we needed to choose this home as our first. Very helpful and kept me calm even though it wasn’t the quickest process down to vendor complications. Our first contact with Haart was through Charlotte who impressed us with her professional approach to taking on our property to sell. We were then put in contact with Adam who took on the task of preparing our brochure and taking our property live on the system. Superb effort from David and the Team! It is rare to find such excellent client service and commitment from a company that is part of a very large corporate behemoth, but with David this is absolutely what you have. David provides the service and professionalism you would expect from an independent estate agency (frankly if I were him I'd set up on my own, he is that excellent at what he does). If I were setting up my own estate agency he would be the first person I would hire. From our initial meeting, through to photos and the negotiation process following viewings and an offer (we had four viewings within a week and sold in circa 1 week of this to one of these viewings) it was all slick, well handled and the communication was excellent. Even when David takes time off (is this allowed?! ;-) ) he has trained his team to meet his clear own high standards and they do him proud. Some people complain about "not getting what I wanted or expected for my house / flat"; frankly you need to be realistic and open to negotiation when you have prospective buyer that is keen on your property - as they say "something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay for it" and houses / flats are not really that finite a resource with plenty of available stock around. If you are, then you will work really well with David and his Team. Well done to all; I am here recommending and will most definitely use them again in the future. As a footnote Charles Harding (who promote themselves as independent agents) advised us they do not undertake viewings on Saturdays, which is most bizarre when most office based people do not work on Saturdays and is a very convenient time for viewings. I ♥ Haart My partner and I had previously listed our house with 2 other estate agents for 3 months, during which time only 1 of the agents managed to arrange any visits (only 3 visits in 3 months!). However, whilst the house was listed, Dominic Randell introduced himself and Haart to us, explained how he was convinced he could sell our house and how he would market it differently to the existing agents. He was persistent without being pushy, so we gave him the chance to prove himself. Briefly, once we listed with Haart we had 2 visits within a matter of days, and had sold our house in under a week for more than it was listed for! Dominic has always been incredibly responsive in answering any queries we had - both before we had signed any contract and, importantly, afterwards too. He jokingly said he always replies to texts even outside working hours - it turned out to be true (how many other estate agents would reply on a Sunday evening?). Dominic and the rest of the team in Swindon are a true credit to Haart. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, but these guys are the exception. I only wish we had chosen Haart to start with!
