Based on our dealings with Quick Move Now, we would highly recommend them. The process was first class from start to finish. Our chain fell through right at the last minute and we risked losing the property we’d fallen in love with. Once we accepted the offer from Quick Move Now, they got the ball rolling immediately. We used the solicitor they recommended for ease and speed, who turned out to be excellent. Everything seemed straightforward and effortless, which really put us at ease. Really good experience. Was fed up with being messed around trying to sell my house so gave these guys a call, glad I did. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. Yes you won't get the market price but you may not get what you think, estate agents do have a way of suggesting you drop the price! For me it was a perfect solution going with Quick Move and the price I got was what I expected. The support I received was in my view exceptional, there was always someone to speak to and regular updates they were very understanding when my partner's sale was delayed. Everyone involved from the surveyor to solicitors were both friendly and professional. This process will not suit everyone but for me it was the perfect solution. If you are in a hurry to move into your perfect home and don't want to wait weeks and weeks to sell your present home through the normal channel of estate agents then I recommend Quick Move Now there's no messing around they made me a fair offer for my home yes its below market value but it aloud me to move quickly. Excellent service throughout the whole process. Really transparent around the offer amount (which was actually the highest out of 3 similar companies that I spoke to at around 82.5% of market value). There was no attempt to lower the offer during the process which seems to be a common tactic from this type of company, the first offer I was given was the same amount that ended up in the bank. All surveys and paperwork were done within 2 weeks of initial contact which made the completion date really flexible to suit my needs.

We approached Quick Move Now when we were 4 months into a property sale, just about to exchange contracts and the chain fell apart at the bottom. Not wanting to loose our ongoing purchase, we considered all options. We looked into a lot of companies offering this service - but my advice would be do your research! - search google/ reviews etc & many do not have cash funds available, only recently set up, have terrible reviews, change offer at last minute, or no accounts available on Companies House. From our first contact with Quick Move, they were nothing but friendly, professional & efficient. The offer they made was below market value (obviously, as this is their business & they must be able to make money) - but the offer was made within a couple of days & there was no pressure from them for us to accept. After a lot of consideration we decided that the lower offer would enable us to complete our purchase as planned - even though we had to adjust finance elsewhere to make it happen. Following acceptance of offer, Quick Move acted exactly as promised - surveys were arranged almost immediately, as were solicitors. They were always contactable by phone/ email, The price agreed at the beginning did not change & I really cannot fault the service provided - first class. They make no secret of the fact that you will get more for your property on the open market, but as we had run out of time, this was not an option. Quick Move provided a great service, that enabled us to move to our dream home. Cannot recommend highly enough if you are in a similar situation to us - plus there is no obligation at quotation stage, or fees to pay.

The whole transaction was very painless. The staff were polite and helpful. It was so nice to know I had a reliable buyer in place, it took all the stress out of the move. Even though you get below market price, I found it was good value for me. Quick move pay all the solicitor and surveyor fees and the speed at which the whole thing was completed mean't that I didn't have to delay my plans, which would have been costly.

When I first registered my details with this company I was very dubious as I had heard a lot of bad press but thought it was worth a try. However all I have experienced throughout the sale of my property is excellent customer service, complete honesty, realistic time-frames, call backs when promised and also a very prompt and efficient legal team. The price offered is around 80% of market price but they make you aware of this and the whole point of such a company like this is that you sell quickly for cash. A very professional, slick and painless operation. From the call back on enquiry, to a few hours later the offer and details. The only thing that held it up was the availability of a surveyor so took 10 days instead of what would have been 4 or 5. Despite horror stories, there were no games and it was all very straightforward. They said only a structural issue may change the price price. Very good communications from a director and no messing about. The deal absolutely suited our situation (disposal of an estate house) and no bad words to say.

Fantastic customer service. If you need to sell your house fast and will accept a settlement that is less than market rate then I highly recommend Quick Move Now. My initial quote was maintained after the property valuation and survey had taken place. They do NOT reduce their settlement value ... unlike a number of their competitors. I needed to sell my home in a short time scale and this was achieved with no stress - well, other than packing up in 3.5 weeks! I had none of the hassles from prior moves e.g. gazumping, missed deadlines, chain collapse and a process taking months to resolve. In effect this was a no chain sale that went very smoothly. The QMN people kept me informed on progress at every stage and answered all my questions. It made a pleasant change to deal with a UK based company who understand what makes good customer service: they were a delight to deal with.

Amazing service from quickmove.now. I couldnt of asked for more. I dealt with Jerome and Rhys and they were both friendly and honest. Both were easy to get hold of and always replied to any phone calls or emails within a short period. I first contacted quickmove.now after i had been messed around big time by webuyanyhome. I was at rock bottom feeling like i was going to loose the house i had put an offer on and had my heart set on. I had no faith and was heartbroken thinking i was going to loose my onward purchase and loose money i had already put down but quickmove.now were totally amazing.
