We’ve just moved in to our new home after a couple of months of the usual legal bits and the sale of our previous property. We put it on the market back in March just prior to lockdown. Of the various agents that came to value and talk things through, Nick from Goodchilds was the most professional but friendly, helpful and attentive. Just rented a property though Goodchilds, Nick was my contact at the branch and I have to say his communication was nothing but excellent, he came out to us and gave us the valuation and went through the services Goodchilds offer, the reason we selected them was because there were not up front fees and we wanted the rent guarantee, Nick placed it on the market and found a tenant quickly and they have now moved into our property. I have spent the last 7 years having a working relationship with Goodchilds Telford, both as a landlord and as a seller. It all started when I was thinking of selling my house and Nick came to chat to me about it.
