We would thoroughly recommend these guys, by far the most efficient agents we've dealt with since we moved to cornwall. Amy mostly dealt with our sale, she kept us well informed throughout and went the extra mile when things got tricky. Despite being a fixed fee agent the level of service was better than a commission based alternative.

They have excelled in every aspect in which other (local, long-established estate agents) have failed. Jayne's knowledge on the market and price-points was invaluable and coupled with her general savviness, no-frills approach and the excellent photography and marketing behind the sales brochure secured a very quick sale on my home. Communication has been excellent throughout, from the whole team: Friendly, focused and determined, regular updates were given, if I ever encountered a problem with solicitors the team would step in and find out what was going on, coming back to me straight away. We have recently completed on the sale of a house in St Austell and the level of customer service & communication portrayed by Cornish Bricks from start to finish was absolutely exemplary.
