My whole experience with Adams has been nothing short of excellent. I’ve mostly liaised with Angela Kenwright - who is super professional, responds quickly and is always there to answer any questions. I have also spoke to a lovely lady called Val a few times too, who, again, is professional and efficient. Estates agents, in my previous experience, have been hit and miss. You never know if they’re being honest and getting a call back can be a task but the team at Adams have restored my faith completely. They are honest & upfront and stay true to their reputation. I’ve just purchased a house via them and I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Adams to people I know in the future (and I already have). Personally, I wouldn’t go anywhere else to sell my property either. When I submitted my offer, everything was so smooth and straight forward. They even helped me by recommending a local Solictor firm to use (which have been great too). I can’t thank the team at Adams enough, especially Angie. She’s such a lovely lady and clearly loves her job and knows her stuff.

We viewed numerous properties (15+) in Stockton Heath, Lymm and Daresbury via various estate agents in the local are, Adams were the stand out estate agent. Tara showed us round a number of properties and was excellent, very professional, provided great advise and flagged up the house we eventually bought! Angie provided excellent support along the sales process and helped with every question we threw at her. If we do come to sell our property in the future we wouldn't consider using another agent in the local area as from our experience none came close to the quality of service provided.

The Stockton Heath branch of Adams Estate Agents is absolutely fantastic. I had a great experience working with them all. Right from the moment I walked in their door to when the house finally sold they were professional, courteous, warm and friendly and extremely compassionate to the difficult circumstances I was facing. Their marketing materials are gorgeous and I think their great photography really helped get the house a lot of showings. The communication was excellent and they kept me well informed at every stage of the process. Angie really went out of her way to help facilitate the house clearance and cleaning and many other things. After the house was sold I felt that I had made some lovely new friends. Really great group of people!

We chose Adams to sell our fathers' apartment in Stockton Heath, after he passed away, because they were a local business and their prices were very competitive. They couldn't of helped us any more than they did and were very compassionate in their manner due to my sister and I losing our dad. The photos they took of the apartment and the information about the apartment were very professional. Any questions or concerns we had were dealt with promptly. They gave us some great advice and always gave us the feedback from prospective buyers almost straightaway after viewings. If you are going to sell your house, do not go anywhere else but Adams. They say moving house is stressful! Not with Adams! They took the stress out of the whole process. Adams sold our house in 5 days at the full asking price. They were professional wanting to know everything I knew about the house so they could relay that to prospective buyers. Angie was always at the end of the phone who was miracle worker in her own right. Angie took care of the whole process from beginning to end. Whats more Adams did all this in a 'pandemic'! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Nothing is too much trouble for Adams, they go above and beyond! I miss them already.

We cannot tell you how happy we are with the service we received from Adams Estate Agents. From the initial consultation to the completion and hand over, the service was exemplary. On our first meeting with them they had done their homework and knew all about the property even turning up with the old EPC. Great quality brochure, loved the walk through video and super presentation in the shop. We had a couple of mystery shop calls prior to meeting them and were very impressed with the warm welcome and knowledge of the staff. A special mention to Angie Kenwright who just went the extra mile with everything she did, what an absolute star, we had a sale fall through, endured Covid and then another drawn out sale, but Angie took care of everything and some. We cannot recommend these guys enough 5 Star throughout the whole process - well done and thanks for everything!!

Brilliant service. We dealt mostly with Angie, who was fantastic, but the whole team were great. They all seemed to know what was going on and where the file was up to etc, so there was always somebody you could speak to. They couldn't have done more to push through our sale and they just kept the legals going and were constantly chasing for us - even to the point of ensuring our purchase went through (and they weren't even acting on that part)! Fantastic professional service . After the first sale fell through ( no fault of Adams ) Angie contacted me to suggest an alternative buyer who was interested in the property in the first instance but missed it as it was under offer. Once this sale fell through Angie was onto the original intetested party without delay and within 24 hours the property was once again under offer . This time the sale progressed smoothly,each member of the chain was kept well informed and any lose ends were tied up neatly by Angie and the team at Adams . I liked the fact that she knew what next and second guessed to speed the process up with solicitors etc,this is a great sign of experience. We started our Sale with another Local Agency and after eleven weeks had not received one call from them. We moved to Adams and it was a whole NEW WORLD, the brochure was excellent and the photos were amazing and within a matter of weeks we had a Buyer. However not having sold a property for 29 years we quickly realised that finding a Buyer is GREAT but taking a transaction to a conclusion is really where you need a not only good, but EXCELLENT Sales Negotiator acting for you.
