I lived nearly for 3 years in a rental property managed by Adamson lettings. I never had any serious issue during that period. Sue was always there to help if there is any Maintenance work required. I got my deposit amount back on same day when I dropped the keys. I have cleaned the property before I left it but I can’t say it is a deep clean. However I got my full deposit back.
I would definitely recommend to get a property through this agency.

Fast process of letting.
After a nightmare with 2 others agencies from Warrington that been telling us we will have the house at the end of the month and after all the applications completed been told that the landlord changed their minds about us being too young and us having to leave the house we re living in as already spoken with the landlord about moving on the date ,we found Adamson lettings that helped us getting out of a big trouble caused by the previous agencies.
Will completely recommend to anyone , 5 stars service .

D. H.We were tenants of a property managed by Sue and her team for 3 1/2 years. We had no issues and Sue dealt with everything to our satisfaction. All inspections and requests for services were dealt with promptly and with a great deal of professionalism. Communication was well managed and at the end of our tenancy Sue dealt with our handover and return of our security deposit most efficiently.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Adamson Lettings to anyone looking for a property or a property managing agency.

They have always been very professional and helpful. If there were any issues with a property then it was sorted out promptly and efficiently.

M. P.I have been a tenant at grafton place for 8 months, throughout this period of me staying here my communication with Adamson Lettings was with Sue and no one else. All my communication with this lady was good, even if she missed a call she would get back to me as soon as she could, any thing that needed fixing Sue would make sure its sorted asap.
Ending my tenancy I was a bit annoyed because Sue was doing inspection of property and wanted to pin me onto the wall paint patches which were looking so ugly as the patches were of different colour paint.
I explained that these patches were there before I moved in, there was no further argument. Sue listened, agreed with me saying she never noticed the patches on the wall and I was okay with that.
Getting deposit back, it wasn't as quick as expected, it took me 9 days to get it.
With all the above said, I will recommend Adamson Adamson Lettings to anyone as good company .
The only problem is the landlord, he/ she chooses to loose tenants than making tenants happy, kitchen facilities need upgrading, no proper cooker only 2 plate stove available and a bar fridge with a tiny freezer that can store one item, that's too basic. On the whole Adamson Lettings is a good company

Deposit released in less than 1 day time. I couldn't ask more.
Each issue has been fixed right after (new washing machine, new hob and bathroom leakeage).
Y. S.My Partner and I rented with Adamson Lettings over the past 2 years. From start to end of tenancy Sue and Steph were always on hand to help anytime we messaged or called. Contracts and agreements were completed promptly before we moved in and checks/inspections and fixtures were carried out as soon as we notified them. We also recieved our deposit back within 2 days of the tenancy termination and plenty of support and guidance with it being my first time renting.
