Decided to go with Edwards Grounds after a terrible experience with Purple Bricks. Refreshing not having to do all of the leg work (I already have a job, didn't need another one..) and having my agent work for the best possible price for my property in this booming market - worth every penny! The fee was slightly higher, but I sold for £23k above PB's valuation, quids in. Great communication from Martin and the team throughout the sale. Highly recommend.
