Nothing is too much trouble, I was a first time tenant when I signed up to rent our property and infinite made the whole process so stress free, they explained things to me so I didn’t get confused and throughout the last two years have always been so friendly. Emma who initially showed us the house is an asset to your company. Simon has also been a star in the past helping us with the odd issue here and there. The communication is spot on and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

After speak with infinite property it was an easy and stress free decision to make. Tenants are well looked after and I am fully up to date with the properties at all times before any decisions are made. All of the team at Infinite go above and beyond to support me as a landlord. They are fair, efficient and always work with me to find the most cost-effective solution to any issues with my property. All round great experience from the get go. Had a full day of viewings in Warrington and the property shown by Infinite stood out by a clear mile - clean, very well presented and reasonably priced property as-well as a friendly, helpful and genuine letting agent who was knowledgable as well as gave us space to look round and talk with each-other. Lived in the property for just under a year, only reason for moving was due to leaving Warrington, but really couldn't have loved the flat more. All the appliances/furniture was immaculate, beautifully laid out and easy access to motorways and work. Had no major issues during the time, but whenever I had a question - I knew I'd either get a helpful and quick email response if needed or there was also a really easy to use maintenance system. Moving out was very simple process, any uncertainties or questions I had I was able to clear up through a quick phone call - the agents were again very responsive and friendly throughout. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend to anyone looking for properties in the Warrington area and would be the first place I'd contact if I end up moving back!
