Best estate agency I've ever dealt with as a tenant (I've dealt with 4 in the last 8 years). Their staff is lovely, all my issues with the property are sorted out very promptly. Also, they don't charge for renewing tenancy (how rare is it) and their admin/referencing fees at the begining of tenancy were acceptable compared to some crazy fees some agencies charge tenants. I even received a Christmas card signed by the team with all sort of info and contacts for the festive period cover! Nice touch, would highly recommend.
