I have rented my first ever place via Manners Residential. It was nothing but a pleasure to deal with my consultant Mark. Once i have moved in, I have experienced a few issues with the property (all which could not be prevented, so it's not the agency fault). The Management team member, Julie, has been nothing but very proactive, understanding and supportive in the process of resolving those issues. I would strongly recommend them as an agency. They are big enough to have some great properties but also, they are small enough to still care about their clients (tenants in this case) experience. I hope our relationship continue being as good throughout my tenancy as they are now. Strongly recommend them :)

Nicky Manners and her team look after our tenants and that can be a thankless task. Both tenant and landlord depend on an effective intermediary to resolve issues speedily and fairly as things can go wrong and do. We certainly value the service that the Property Management team provide. For as long as we have the rental business, we will look to Manners Residential as our trusted agents. I was recommended to Manners Residential by a friend who used them to rent out their property recently. I was looking to buy a house to rent with some money I'd inherited and since they are both a Letting agent and involved in 'buy to let' they seemed like a sensible choice. I was not disappointed! James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful not only with the purchase of a very suitable property but also in finding me a good tenant. The whole process took less than 2 months as James has existing landlords on his books who want to sell their rental property. The staff were all pleasant and friendly and overall it was a very good experience dealing with Manners Residential.

There are few things to improve within Manners Residential. First of all, communication between the members of staff and more efficient record keeping, because at the moment it seems that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and it doesn't leave a good impression on us as customers. Also, response time could improve as well. When sending a query over via email, sometimes we had to repeatedly send the same email or follow up by call after a week or so to get any response. Review revised after a prompt response from Nick from Manners with an apology and explanation. Thank you Nick for taking time to respond to the outlined points. I have now removed some of the comments thanks to a better understanding of the background. On a positive note, all the members of staff has always been polite and helpful both via telephone and during the viewing process (Mark was very helpful).
