We received a brilliant service throughout with Waterfalls, we were buyers of a property listed with them, Anna and the team were professional and supportive from the first viewings right through to completion. Would fully recommend to anyone in the area as the service they provide to prospective buyers was unrivalled compared to many others which does make a big difference in what can be a very difficult process. We rented a house for 3 three years through waterfalls and have always found everyone to be extremely helpful and professional. Apart from once during our quarterly inspection where I was told it was unacceptable to have leaves in my garden in October after the trees lost their leaves, perhaps I should have been stood under then tree with a bucket to catch the leaves as they fell. Anyway, recently the boiler broke and Bel, the property manager, was great at trying to get it fixed as quickly as possible and even offered us the use of her shower while we waited as we had no hot water. It was very kind of her and is the true definition of going above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Waterfalls for a stress free rental experience!

Bel assumed responsibility for the day-to-day management of our property in Woking in January 2021. She has been excellent; proactive, reliable and professional in dealing with problems as they arise and sensitive to our concerns as landlord’s and owners, whilst also dealing efficiently and fairly with our tenants.
