Oliver was just brilliant - in every single way. Pleasant, professional, courteous, an excellent communicator and reliable at all times. I was acting on behalf of my extended family, who needed a rental property, that allowed pets, for when they relocate to the UK from South Africa, in a few weeks time. I met considerable negativity from other agents - partly due to the shortage of rental properties, especially one where the landlord will accept pets, also a view that they could not agree a letting until they had met potential tenants face to face. We first came to deal with RA Bennett when there was a property on the market that we fell in love with, sadly our offer got declined and we were left searching again in the extremely busy market - thinking we would never find anything like the original again! A few weeks later, Eve called me to say that they had a property coming on the market that was similar to the previous, there wasn’t any photos so I was dubious as to whether we would even like it, my partner and I went to view, where Sophie showed us around and we fell in love. We immediately put in an offer and thankfully it got accepted! We are near the end of our purchase process now and can’t thank Eve & Sophie enough for all of their hard work, they have been there to answer any questions we’ve had and always only an email away. We visited RABennet to see Dean Russell, mortgage consultant for countrywide. He initially stayed late to see us as due to work commitments we were unable to get there during normal office hours. Dean remained just as dedicated, friendly, reliable and professional throughout the 10 months that we dealt with him. Dean Russle - A professional yet friendly mortgage advisor Dean works as a mortgage advisor within R. A.Bennett. Dean was my mortgage advisor when I first bought my property in 2016. Dean contacted me when it was time to re-mortgage in 2018 with plenty of time to put everything into place. I can honestly say that this is someone that will go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.
