The branch manager was pleasant to deal with and explained the sales and legal processes in a way that could be easily followed. Arranged to speak with mortgage advisor who was like a cat on a hot tin roof and wouldn't appear to stay still as got relocated to lancing, Worthing goring and bognor Regis to no avail.
Biggest downfall here I found was pure and simple communication....
