We worked with David from the Goring branch and he was genuinely brilliant, he kept us in the loop at all times and offered valuable advice when we asked for it! I have been unfortunate to come across some really awful estate agents, some actual shockers, and then there are Luffs. I sold my family home some years ago with them, a difficult situation with them mediating with my ex-wife, they handled that with aplomb. So, when I wanted to sell my late fathers property in Worthing while living in Dorset, who did I ask? Luffs of course. What can I say about Jamie Bryant and his team at Robert Luff in goring that hasn’t already been said! They photographed, marketed and sold our house in Goring allowing us to move to Leicestershire even during the pandemic. They go way beyond the norm to ensure your property is marketed and presented in the most professional manner. We are first-time buyers and first came into contact with Robert Luff when Luke Mills arranged a mystery tour of six properties at the beginning of our house-hunting journey. The logistical exercise was handled expertly - like he'd had a secondment at the Ordnance Survey - and built up an excellent first impression. Ultimately, our paths didn't cross again until some months later when, having seen our preferred purchase with another agent go downhill at the last minute, we booked in a viewing at a house under Robert Luff Goring. From the word go, Dave King was personable and extremely helpful. On the same day we had an offer accepted and Dave helped guide the negotiations to a conclusion which both sides were happy with. As the buyer, we weren't directly clients of the firm, but Dave certainly made us feel as valued as the vendor. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always extremely responsive to emails and calls. He is down to earth, friendly and easy to build up a rapport with. Nothing was too much trouble and we got the impression that he personally stepped in to help at tricky points, like helping the vendor obtain quotes for work needed on the property following the survey. While Dave was our main point of contact, thanks must also go to the rest of the branch. First-timers like us are probably a right pain, but the likes of Jamie and Jack took their fair share of concerned calls and stupid questions and really helped us out.
