The best estate agents in York by far! The whole team, in particular Robyn were brilliant from start to finish. My elderly mother bought through Ashtons, she was incredibly nervous/naive about the process having not bought a property for over 40 years. Robyn showed her the property she ended up buying, she was by far, the most professional, patient and knowledgeable estate agent we had met over the 3 months of looking and I’m glad we ended up buying with Ashtons. Would highly recommend buying or selling with this estate agents.

Highly recommend the Acomb branch for a fantastic service. From the first valuation visit where Jade demonstrated compassion about our situation (a sudden bereavement) and an impressive knowledge about the area and house sales we knew we were in safe hands. The valuation hugely exceeded our expectations (and other agents valuations) but with a flexible, no contract approach that meant we could change agent whenever we chose we had nothing to lose giving them the chance to try for this price - although we fully expected to have to reduce it in the coming weeks. The admin team were amazing answering all our questions and arranging lots of viewings efficiently and professionally. To our joy the house sold for above the asking price in just over a week - we were amazed, relieved and so very grateful for the service and support we received. While all staff were excellent, we want to make a particular case of thanking Jade Sainty.
