This is a review for 50a Clifton Garth York. This beautiful apartment was very clean & spacious, it had absolutely everything you could want. Big, soft, fluffy towels & wonderfully comfy beds & lashings of hot water On site parking (which is a bonus in York). All within walking distance of York Minster & the City Centre. Would we stay again? A resounding YES! Thank you everyone at CityLets for all your promt, polite & caring assistance.

CityLets were fantastic from start to finish. We were initially showed round our house by Leanne who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. For payments, contracts and handover we have largely been dealt with by Karen. Karen was also extremely knowledgeable and professional. She has responded quickly to all emails and messages and has made the moving process very easy. I would highly recommend CityLets to friends and family.

Was expecting the worst after having previous trouble with landlords and letting agents in York the last couple of years but the difference was remarkable. I was desperate to find somewhere at short notice since work had me needing to be in York with just a couple weeks notice. Upon first calling Leanne was immensely helpful and sorted out an amazing flat for a great price, and even helped us place an offer before it was on the market, efficiently agreeing on a deal which was very beneficial to both me and the landlord. We were then passed on to Karen who made the following documentation period as efficient and painless as can be hoped for. Contract was fair and well written up. Moved into the property at short notice having not had the time to view it but am really happy with its condition and size. It’s rare somewhere looks better than in the pictures!

Sorry, I only have a gmail account with an "alter ego" name - but this review is genuine! Absolutely fabulous service! I was in urgent need for a flat with quite particular specs, which felt like a massive challenge in the current pressured market. However, during one viewing, it was James who obviously listened very carefully and fully understood and took on, what I had on my (increasingly anxious) mind. So, he basically proactively found the perfect fit for me within a further 24 hours - as if by magic. No other company that I have experienced so far in this field, has ever been so effective and engaged - simply excellent!

Fantastic experience from status from start to finish. First let me say Mia was most helpful from start to finish from the moment I booked to the moment she showed us into our holiday apartment which exceeded all our expectations. It was lovely at the John Walker house. A home away from home, except more. Very spacious for the 4 of us. Amazing view from the balcony, could see Cliffords Tower which lit up at night looked spectacular. Everything we needed the apartment had. Bathrooms were gorgeous and the kitchen was just so spacious , the brochure can not present how lovely these apartments really are. We all felt so chilled and enjoyed our little holiday home together, only sad thing is we had to leave a day earlier because of the Queens Jubilee and industrial rail action but City Lets can be reassured we will be back again! my youngest son said that it was "the best house" he had ever stayed in. I would have liked to have met some of the neighbours but everyone was quiet and kept themseleves to themseleves! I will be returning for sure!

Beautiful apartment spotless, city lets people are friendly helpful and nothing to much trouble. The man who let us in the apartment was lovely told us what we needed to know . The lady who cleans the apartment was so nice friendly ,this apartment is in an ideal place minutes walk to shops,pubs,cafes,resteraunts,york minster,shambles,tour bus, the apartment was homely and comfy beds will be booking again and recommending to friends and famiy

Fantastic letting agency - we were having trouble with our background checks as our employers' HR section were taking their sweet time and being a bit obstructive, but big shout-out to Karen who did her nickname "the reference queen" all honour! Wonderful team of staff, incredibly friendly and kind, and they really make you, the tennant, feel cared for and looked after! Massive thanks to Karen, Pam, and the team, you are incredibly efficient and simultaneously super kind and tennant-friendly! Very grateful for all your hard work and kindness!
