Went here with my husband and child for tea after a long day at codonas. Had fantastic service, got seated instantly even tho I did not book a table. The cocktails were huge and life changingly delicious. The food was amazing and we all left very full and happy with our service. I'll definitely recommend the restaurant as the staff are so friendly and welcoming, foods amazing and choices of drinks are brilliant. Really large portions for your money and we all left more than full and happy with our orders. Ordered more than the photos but enjoyed the food and forgot about photos 🤣 starter was the sharing potato skins with pulled beef and the teenager had seasme chicken starter . My husband had the rack of ribs and they were the best ribs he'd had. I had the seasme chicken and it was delicious. The teenager had a double burger and loved it.

Lovely place next to the beach. We went last night for a quick bite. Didn't have a reservation but they quickly found us a table. Staff was very polite and service was quick. Needless to say food was delicious as well. The only downgrade for me was the strong smell of food around. I've always felt like TGI's could work a bit on their menus.

Went for our tea tonight. Don’t usually rate chain restaurants but this one I seem to like. Menu updated regularly and today has the boneless wings, such a great addition and a nice kick of a starter. Couldn’t resist the Jack Daniels chicken, defo my favourite here. Finished with a chocolate cake. I think Gavin/Gareth was his name, he was very friendly and without asking the drinks were topped up and replaced quickly. This is a very big plus. Was fairly busy but did not wait long and got everything we asked for exactly as we asked for it. Been before and will be back

Food and ambience good. Came here for drinks and never dissapoints. The boneless are good. Tried also the chicken fajitas, they are OK, nothing really exciting. The servers are very friendly. They are accepting walk ins, however, I dont know if that applies at night.

Food lovely. Staff lovely too, but very very slow service. Spoiled our time there due to continually having to ask for order to be taken, then a very long wait for food. No irn bru, coffee machine broken and no sweets for kids desserts. Staff also left tables with dirty dishes....shame as meal and.staff were lovely.

We were a group of 4 and everyone loved their order. Our waiter was pleasant and helpful. We also got free cocktails for everyone in our group as we had a birthday reward voucher code from the TGI Fridays app! We also got a birthday dessert with a lit candle which I thought was a lovely touch :) We made reservations ahead but needn't have because it wasn't full at the time (3pm, weekday). Overall, would recommend this restaurant and looking forward to coming back!

This TGIF at the beach is much better that the union square one. The staff was very nice and attentive, the food was really good the only down part is how pricey this place is. We paid £65 for 2 adults sharing a meal we got the stake and rib grill, the times square, a kids meal and soft drinks. Haven't checked if they have the same prices with the union square one or if they are more expensive because of the location.

Ordered chicken strips without the JD sauce, chips and salad and this is what I got, a plate of what resembles chicken nuggets and a plate of lettuce, no seasoning not what I remember their food to be like at all very disappointed. On a better note when I explained to the waiter that I was disappointed with my food he apologised took it off the bill and offered for me to come back next time and recommend another chicken dish which he also offered to give me a box away with me to try. I would recommend them as in the past its been good food and can't fault the service.

A 4th birthday lunch for our grandson. He's pretty particular about where/what he eats. The staff were lovely, helping to celebrate by bringing, cake, balloons & singing. A very nice gesture. All necessary precautions adhered to. My only complaint is that the music wasn't to my taste & was too loud, but then I'm old 🤣 I was a bit chilly too as I was near the air conditioning unit, but that was ok really. 😊

Visited for a pre cinema meal with a friend was served really quickly. All staff were very friendly. Had three courses all were really delicious. Always a pleasure going to this place. View is amazing, staff is always nice and helpful. Never had any issues with the food whatsoever. Burgers are fantastic, steaks are as well. Skin on fries are a must at this place! Service is very fast, never had to wait for starters or main courses. There is usually a very good offer on, so make sure you check or ask the staff for it. It's usually starter, main and dessert for a set price. Speaking of prices, it's not the cheapest restaurant, but its worth your money.

Our waitress was called Hazel and she greeted us with a cheerful smile and made sure we had everything we needed- including a slice of free birthday cake! Dad alone with 3 young kids and their cousin. Not an easy dine out (for me or servers!) Staff were very happy to ensure they we were seen to quickly and catered to their every request. A very good day here today this was down mainly to the staff and extremely friendly atmosphere... The waitress, meagan was very attentive, polite not pushy or in a rush (to seat, feed, push out like some restaurants) she described all that was to offer on the menu. We couldn't decide what to have so she politely left us to it and attended to other tables giving us space to decide... The food was great for the price and tastes as it looked... The portions where if a good size too and gave you the feeling of having value for money... Whilst choosing our drinks my son was ordering a cocktail and opted for a larger version I mentioned well it is your "birthday" this was picked up at the end of the meal and the staff sang happy birthday and a "slab" of cake was produced free of charge... Nice touch. All in all a very enjoyable experience and would recommend to all.. Access is good from both directions.. The beach and from the main car park (of which is free) pram and wheelchairs can easily gain access to the restaurant and within...

Another favourite of mine. Went off the chain for a number of years thinking it was expensive for very 'samey' meals. However, this particular branch changed this view. The menu is similar to what I remembered, but the quality to price mix seems to be more balanced with the meals we chose being reasonably priced and very enjoyable. Atmosphere can never be criticised. Friendly staff without being 'in your face' wild and a pleasant experience all round, which I have repeated and will continue to do so.

I've ordered takeaway from here a few times and its been really good -they package it well and its amazing how fast they get it from the beach into town - really good food and someone (or a team!) are putting great care and attention into packing the food so it arrives, hot, not a mess inside and with cute notes on them - much better than Union square deliveries from the same brand. Fabulous TGIs! Had the Bone Yard(new on menu) smashed it and will probably keep me going for a week. Starters were fantastic. Always great service and the location is fab with sea views and access to beach if you want a walk after dessert.... Manager was fantastic, I think his name was Johnny. Average "fast food" service. For a mid week service arrival at 7:45pm there were empty tables yet to be cleared, resulting in a 20min wait. Overall service was fine, although glass of tap water had to be requested several times.

The food is ok, service was good in the beach boulevard. The nacho starter( shared platter) was good. My mains of chicken fajita was disappointing. The chicken had become hard and chewy. The vegetables along with it is always nice when left firm with good colour. The dips were tasteless possibly the long life ones. Fantastic location ! Food was one of the best from the many fridays stores I have visited. Service was spot on so friendly and personal my waitress vika ( apologise for the spelling ) was faultless bubbly character that catered to my every need!! I had the pleasure of one of the managers Kylie come over and ask if everything was ok and if she could do or get anything for us. She was so welcoming and plesent and I really felt cared for as a guest. Will definitely be back in the future and will be highly recommending !!! Great lunch at tgi Friday's at the beach today. They are very accomodating with dietary requirements, the use of the iPad to filter out what my son couldn't have was brilliant, made choosing his lunch so easy. Connor M our server was fantastic, very cheery, brought us refills without being asked and was very good with the kids, made multiple balloon animals which went down a treat with two of them.

Unfortunately I think we were here on a bad day. Fed back to management that the music was too loud to hear staff wearing masks which made communication difficult. Our chips were cold and the garlic bread was missed by the kitchen so came later, waiting staff were very apologetic.
