Great location and place for a break from motorway. Next to Starbucks, Gregg's and McDonald's. Clean and tidy. Staff always friendly and focused on customer. Update: so far so good.

Having had poor experiences with the Livingston KFC before, I'm delighted to say that this KFC at Heartlands was awesome. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty, the staff were friendly and helpful too.

Not a great first experience didn't have gravy available which we didn't find out until meal was delivered, then an alternative side was offered, chicken breast was a little dry. It was fairly late about 8.30pm so may have been a reason for some things running out.

Very nice staff. Listening to your needs. Happy to advise. Tasty chicken of good size portions. Fries soggy a bit and place not too clean especially during "pandemic" times hence 1 ⭐ taken away. Generally GOOD. Thank you

Don't get what you order a fair few times from delivery. Food often not cooked long enough so batter usnt crispy.

Service was fast and I was there at peak times of 5.30pm. Food was good for a KFC and there was no mistakes on the order. I think maybe they had some teething problems when they first opened but its only natural for the staff to get up to speed.

Pretty poor even by KFC standards. Usually missing items out of our order the fee times we have been. Only just opened so will give it the benefit of the doubt.

Drive through tonight 40 minutes from start to getting food, had to park up to wait for chicken to be ready (peak time 4.30pm) then member of staff came out with a bag of food no drinks and said he didnt know if it was ours, checked and it wasnt. Then 5 mins later another one and still didn't know what was in the bag and asked us to check, didnt look like our order as contained a bucket so he went back in to check. 10 mins later they came back out with the same bag and drinks this time 2 members of staff and one said this is defo yours as i packed it. No receipt to confirm order and they didnt say that our variety meals had been put in buckets hence why we couldnt tell if it was ours or not. Very unorganised, no registrations taken for those parked up and asking customers to check bags that may not even be theirs. Overall food fine, just look warm by the time we got correct bag then got home. Think training and organisation could be far better and ensuring those giving out food know whats in the bags and what cars they giving it too!

Really enjoyed KFC, was an issue with the app but as soon as I went along got it sorted, Manager was lovely bubby person and issue was fixed ASAP. Food hot order was quickly processed.

Food wise its a good kfc, but they give you bags with the popcorn chicken and i dont think you get as many pieces as you do when in the box...also the fries are barely there. Probably the worst portion of any kfc i have had
