Came to the pub for a lovely dinner. The atmosphere was great in the garden and restaurant (we didn't visit the bar). Choice of a wide variety of gins was fun. One star deductions as parking was limited, we had to park on the grass verge outside and the bill was a bit dear.

Fantastic staff, good selection of food and drink. Prompt service. We were cycling on route 51, this was a slight detour but well worth it. Sunday lunch lamb was absolutely fantastic, but the pork was a little fatty. Beautiful location, spotless toilets and tables. Thank you for your hospitality and accommodating a group of 7 with bicycles and charging the electric bike battery.

View and location of this Bar is amazing, it’s located in the county side so make it’s more beautiful. The staffs were nice and very helpful. For food whatever we ordered it was delicious also they served the fresh pint. Totally recommend to go

I'm stuck between 3 and 4 on this one. Don't get me wrong it's a lovely pub, done out very nicely, nice and clean and staff fairly friendly. But the food just wasn't up to what the prices suggest. I had a steak and ale pie. The gravy way thin and runny, the pie didn't seem to have a lot of flavour to it. It was very average. I then had some form of lemon cake described with meringue and raspberry, bearing in mind the sweet was about £7 it came out this tiny square looking thing that tasted of nothing and had a rubber texture with a so called meringue that was about a cm squared and a scrape of raspberry juice??? I left there feeling still hungry and surprisingly disappointed for a £20 meal which seemed more like a tenners worth somewhere else and somewhere else may have had more flavour.

The pub itself is attractive in a nice location. The staff were friendly enough. The food though, was distinctly average, so I wouldn't be able to call it good value. I was disappointed as I had heard good things. I dont think I'll go again.

Booked for my mums Birthday. Staff were so accommodating during the booking process with us not being able to confirm exact numbers and flexible on the night when more arrived than expected. Service was wonderful staff were on hand for drinks at all times, food was absolutely amazing and portion sizes were ample. The staff worked really hard to make sure everyone was happy despite it being a large group. Would definitely recommend here for quality food at reasonable prices and a friendly service.

Food was nice but some dishes were quite pricey. Staff pleasant.and food served quickly. We went on 2 4 1 cocktail night, cocktails were nice, but thought it strange we had to have both cocktails at the same time and they had to be the same cocktail.. It would have been better if these could have come out separately during the evening.and you could have a different second choice.just in case you didnt like the first one!

I was attending a wake and the buffet food was very good as was the Doom Bar ale. The Cross Keys/Tre Fratelli in my opinion is becoming more a bar/ restaurant now than an old country pub.

Wasn't very busy for a Friday night. I probably didn't need to have bothered to reserve a table. I had an Italian sausage pizza. It wasn't great. Didn't seem to have any tomato sauce on its base (seems odd) and very little sausage.. And what there was wasn't very distinctive. Considering they have an attached pizza restaurant that was disappointing. Staff very friendly and attentive though. Large separation between tables (probably a covid thing) and not being very busy made the place feel a bit soulless. May be better if busier.

Firstly- I’m not sure on the chefs’ name but they need a raise!!! The food was impeccable! The burger and ribeye steak were both cooked to perfection, the accompaniments to both were also delicious! Perfect temperatures and well seasoned all round. They obviously have a well accomplished and experienced chef in their kitchen. Secondly- the front of house staff were all super friendly! Sandy in particular was more than accommodating with a warm and welcoming persona that really put us at ease. The other ladies(can’t remember their names- blonde tall and young lady and another athletic dark haired lady) were lovely, very attentive and always with a smile! Lastly- the atmosphere in general of the venue was great. Calm yet fun, modern yet comfy an all round pleasant experience. I hope whoever manages this place gives all the staff members the acknowledgment and praise they deserve! Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning with friends and family.

Came here a few saturdays back for their 'Bottomless Brunch' and it was pretty fantastic. The deal included bottomless prosecco and unlimited dishes from their breakfast menu. The food is great, the service was great, it was all great. Me and my friends will definitely be back!

Celebrated my 40th with the bottomless brunch, the staff were brilliant despite being moaned at every 5 mins by drunken women. Food was really nice and they were super accommodating when my family wanted to add decorations on the day.

Waiters were really polite and not intrusive. Really makes a difference to be welcomed so nicely. Sharing board was lovely; recommend the buratta. My friend's main looked delicious and fresh but mine by contrast was a bit of a let down: fish with soggy batter and what looked and tasted like oven chips with some shrivelled peas. It looked quite sad next to my friend's seafood dish and was quite steep for the price at 15 quid; such a shame with the lack of consistency, as my friend said her dish was good and it did look lovely. The atmosphere was buzzing and the service lovely but won't be rushing back for the food, given the lack of consistency. I kind of think with places like this, I'd much prefer a cut down menu, focussing only on stuff that they really do well. Incidentally, the menu on the website was nothing like the menu we were presented with. Not sure why there's a difference; guess it could be a covid service thing and they haven't updated it.

We have just moved to the area and it’s our first meal since the latest lockdown. So glad we picked this place. My husband and I both had calamari to start. It was a huge portion, melt in the mouth texture and divine flavour. I then had the wild mushroom ravioli, which I was worried would be too rich, but it was perfect. So tasty and sumptuous but not over the top - wow! My husband plumped for a cheese board (go figure) . Wish I’d gone for the lobster - next time! All the meals going out looked great. Will definitely be back. Staff were very friendly and eager to please. Nice to be out and able to socialise again (even on a restricted scale). However this meal was superb.

The food was excellent. Their sunday gammon was rather more like pork, but nonetheless succulent. Waiting time for the main course was over an hour.

Had gammon steak with fried egg. Nice thick steak and substituted the chips for vegetables which they were happy to do. Very nice meal would return. The service was also excellent. Very friendly waitress. The inside of the pub is also very nice. It's not too big to make it too noisy, and the seats are really comfortable.

Love it here. Great food in a very cosy country pub/restuarant. Outside seating area perfectly positioned in the place to soak up some evening sun. The food was absolutely excellent and great value. A decent space for an event and the staff were superb. Brilliant hosting and well presented and tasty food provides a classy function. Obviously it's all dependant on the package you book and buy but they certainly have the capability to host a memorable party. Everything winds down at midnight but the location is still served well by taxis at that time.
