A bit over board on the pricing. But the good was delicious. A good wooden ambience which brings back the good old days. Overall a good experience. Do try out the hotpot.

We happened to pass The Abacus and decided to go in for a quick bite after noontime. We ordered and shared the popcorn chicken from the starters and vegetables with hot and spicy sauce with noodles from the business menu. Both were served promptly. The sauce was absolutely delicious and had just the right amount of heat, the best I have ever had! We also shared some ice cream and coffee after our meal. Our server was so polite and respectful of our needs. With this caliber of quality and service I highly recommend!

Im a student and I live close to the Chinese and if I save up the money I always pick one up on the way home from the library. The service is always wonderful all the staff are incredibly polite, professional and very easy to talk to. The food is delicious and never disappoints and the wide variety available on the menu means I can always try something new. By far my favourite Chinese resteraunt in Belfast and I would recommend 1000 times over.

The good collection of Chinese cousin. Sit in option is good and thay have nice ambience. The food variety is massive as they have a long menu card. I observed that takeaway option is more economical than sit in experience. But some of the menus are good while sit in.

Excellent service from Steven and Paul. Always so friendly and polite and so helpful!😊 The restaurant needs more staff as I always see these 2 running up and down trying to do the work of 4 people. The restaurant needs more heat as it’s always cold! The toilets are freezing too! Portion sizes should be bigger given the prices charged. Food is delicious but quite expensive for the size given!

Food always delicious and staff can't do enough for you. So friendly and attentive. One of the nicest Chinese meals I've had (and I've had a lot!) And not as expensive as some places you'll find in city centre which is great

I have ate in every single Chinese restaurant in Belfast and by far the abacus is the best for price best for great Chinese food and the service iso very fast. Perfect for a good experience as well as the food. Large portion so and tastes unreal. If like me you can't finish all of the food as for a box and eat it the next day. That's what I do.

It is a fantastic place to have lunch or dinner. It has more than 180 different dishes and the waiters are so so kind. Also the food is delicious and the restaurant is very comfortable. I recommend it and I'll definitely come back another day.

Nice food. They do a traditional Chinese menu also whixh is worth a try as well. The guys who take the orders are very friendly and chatty. Note though I do find it a bit expensive as a takeaway, but then you pay for what you get.
