D.First sit in visit in two years after two so-so Just Eat deliveries during the lockdown period,and honestly don't know how people can complain,you get what you pay for which is a superbly and superior cooked burger with every possible topping you could wish for and gorgeous fries,what's the point in getting a large order of fries with the amount they give you,plus we love their drinks machine with exclusive flavours,the day I was there,which was a Saturday afternoon it was busy but not overcrowded,good spacing between customers and excellent hygiene management by staff,all in all a very nice burger and fries,look forward to going back.
H. S.First time here. Wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Fresh and airy inside. Served very quickly. We were told that a medium chip would be enough to share. I really appreciated her honesty there. She could have just kept quiet.
The food was good. We got the cajun chips, there was so much spice on them I had heart burn for hours after, personally would have preferred less but that's just my opinion. The burger was good although the bap was freezing cold which was a bit disappointing. I had the banana milkshake and it was really good.
I did enjoy it but dunno if I would be rushing back. Nearly £40 for 2 burgers, chips and 2 milkshakes!! 😫
M. E.First up, if you are peanut allergic STAY AWAY! Everything is cooked in peanut oil, but it's well advertised so that's OK. No polystyrene packaging, all paper or foil, so gold star on saving the world. The food is good, but be warned, a regular fries is enough for 4. Easily 3 times more than any other fast food place. But at nearly £17 for a burger, regular fries and a (bottomless) drink it would need to be. Its expensive, but scrupulously clean and serves tasty food. Wouldn't be a daily stop, but for an occasional treat, it's fine.
S. H.I love Five Guy's. A few weeks ago we had amazing fries and cheeseburgers burgers. Last week the fries were not so good. They were overdone and greasy. Hopefully just a one off. The burgers are the best for quality and taste

J. P.Food great, usual Five Guys. Not the staffs fault but would be handy to have someone on the floor to help people waiting on food, or relocate them in a way not to impose on other diners. Rude deliveroo driver slammed the door in another customers face. Perhaps a separate area for these customers who may possibly preorder?

D. 8.1st time trying 5 guys and the food was delicious. The burger was so good and the fries were great, i was just gutted i didn't order a milkshake! So will defo have to go back. Extremely well set out when we visited with the guy only letting people in when there was tables to be seated, with 1 person making the orders to make sure there was not lots of people standing around. The minute people left he was straight over to clean the tables down, he done an excellent job maintaining all covid precautions going over and above for people at a really busy time. Service was great and we felt extremely comfortable eating here.

The only downside as everyone is aware, how expensive it can be. My son and I ordered 2 burgers and 2 milkshakes and it came to over £30!!

F. C.We ate in this place on Saturday evening. When I entered the premises it wasn't clear where I should place my order. When I took the chance and approached one person I had to shout to get his attention. I placed my order, two simple burger meals with fries and drinks. But had to make a seconded payment as the cashier hadn't charged for the orange drink. I was astounded when that cost £3.50 for one Fanta orange. I then had to go to a vending m/c to get the drink myself. Went to the table to give my wife the orange. Then was called to collect my other drink which was a milkshake. Returned to the table to await (too long) to be called to return to the counter to collect the meals. Returning to the table with the meals in a bag I was disappointed to find the fries dumped into the bag on top of the burgers. This place has a poor Customer Service policy servers okay burger meals - nothing special - at exorbitant prices.We don't expect to return here again and don't recommend it.

s. d.Called in for late midweek lunch. I have only ever been at the Five Guys near Piccadilly Circus in London, where I remember the fries as being spectacularly good. The fries in Boucher Road were good but not spectacularly memorable. The medium sized portion, though £4.35 I think, was generous - easily enough to share. I also had a cheese dog and a peanut butter milkshake. The hot dog was unremarkable except for it's roughly £6 price tag. The peanut butter milkshake was knockout! At around £4.50 you might say it should be but that's another story. Total bill for lunch was well over £14. You might say West End prices on the Boucher Road. I will go back though to try a burger there, it's what they are famous for after all. I will definitely be having another fabulous milkshake!! Place was sadly deserted when I was there. Spotlessly clean and more than adequately staffed given how quiet it was. I hope it survives the current economic slowdown. Can't help thinking a limited hours lunchtime special would really help business. At these prices however, it will mainly be a special weekend or celebration day treat for most of us I guess!
B. C.The fries here are awesome, generous portions and fresh cut. Great variety in the drinks with free refills. Burgers went down very well, an additional vegetarian option wouldn't go amiss. Definitely upscale fast food😁
T.I just want to commend the workers in the Belfast Boucher road shop, particularly the guy with the tiger tattoo on his arm. If he's not already a manager, he should be, he is absolutely on it and is going above and beyond. I cant imagine how hard it must be working during this 50% deal with the volume of customers they have to serve but the place feels clean and safe and the food is just incredible!
Honestly, best burger I've ever had, so good we went back the next day. But again, it's all down to those staff members who are facing this incredibly busy high pressure time head on and I just wanted to say thank you, it's easy to see how over worked you guys are and you deserve more than kind words.

All round it is a good experience as the queue is rarely too long and the burgers are made reasonably quickly. Plenty of seating too. Only complaint is that it is expensive for what it is. A burger fries and drink will set you back around £17.

R. O.What can you say about five guys. Burgers - to die for. Fries - to die for. Milkshakes - to die for. The waiting times cans be a bit hefty but to be expected for freshly prepared food. The quality here reflects the price which can shoot up there after a few items but I would happily pay it again.

The food was delicious! I have been to 5guys several times in the past couple of years. I don't believe it is value for money. It's worth trying for yourself... Despite the cost.
