Customer service standards are definitely slipping
Additionally, there was skin missing from the chicken wings, not enough sauce or sufficiently grilled making the food bland and almost unappetising.
The chicken was relatively fresh and overall, not too expensive. However, failed to meet the speed and quality I've come to expect from the other stores.
Forgot my wallet at the store and the staff reached out to me to return it so thanks for that!

t.The additional covid rules here are unnecessary and tiresome. The product remains similar but appears only to shrink in size and increase in price. Rice side was terrible, but peas and coleslaw pretty good. Staff friendly as always, though have to order through the website.

I was in your premises on Sunday 16th June with my daughter for a birthday lunch. Can I just say your staff are amazing, they went above and beyond for my wee girl and I can't thank or recommend you enough. The two waitresses who's names I didn't get where especially brilliant, they couldn't have been more helpful for a picky as hell 8 yr old girl.

R. W.Nando’s is Nando’s, food is delicious and a great price for a family restaurant in a large shopping centre. You won’t find anything fancy here just good simple food. Never had any problems here.
However they don’t openly disclose on the menu any information about dietary requirements and to be sure about each dish you will have to ask the staff if anything contains gluten or dairy which turns out to be a lot.
At peak times 5-7pm it can be extremely busy, especially Friday and Saturday. But this is just a sign of how delicious Nando’s is!
I would give 3.5 if I could!

B. S.This makes the 3rd country I have had Nando's in. I love the Peri-peri hot sauce. This location was very crowded when I visited. They have a good organization of handling the crowded and made the wait bearable.
The food here was as good as any other Nando's I have been too. The quality was high and the staff was friendly and helpful.
A. M.Pretty decent for a Nandos. For just under £8, you can get a 1/4 chicken with 2 pretty decently sized sides. The bottomless soft drink is quite interesting as its a self service thing.
You order from a counter as if you're in a fast food restaurant and your food is delivered to you. Staff is also super friendly and when I ordered one bottomless coke. The staff saw that I was with a friend and gave us 2 cups instead of 1 to share. Really enjoyed the service.

My mother is disabled and the staff who showed us to our seats automatically asked if we preferred a more comfortable seat and then switched us, even offered to help my Mother walking to certain locations. They were an Uber help. The food was cooked how we like it and it was really great to see Trainee staff getting a chance to mingle and he did a superb job chatting to us, even if a bit shy. Great service guys!!
J. P.Superb! Had dinner to celebrate a joint birthday (me and nephew) at Nando's with my brother in-law and his family and another family dear to me. The staff who attended our needs was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. We've waited a bit longer for the food as we've arrived almost at closing time and ordered quite alot too.

D. P.I was at Nando's today for the first time and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff were highly attentive and extremely pleasant. The restaurant was clean and tidy and has a relaxing atmosphere even though it was very busy.
We didn't have to wait long for our order and it was well presented and very tasty. The price was not out of this world and it is a place I would certainly go back to.

J. S.Nando's is a wonderful chain restaurant that supplies you some of it's well known PERi-PERi flavored chicken.
In terms of taste, well it will come down to a lot of opinion as there is many flavours available to have, especially for the marinaded chickens available, such as Mango & Lime, Lemon & Herb, or spicy.
Personally I highly recommend the Lemon & Herb, as the flavor is well balanced on the chicken, not being overpowering but yet having a very tasty kick with each bite.
In terms of cost, Nando's isn't cheap, but nor is it too expensive, it's about average cost for restaurant quality food, which makes it great considering the flavor and quality provided.
Don't forget - You can order for collection, which makes this a delicious rare treat to grab and take back to the house to enjoy with others.

J. G.Nice food. Good restaurant. However, very busy with unsupervised youths on a Saturday night.... Getting their friends to wait in the queue then joining them when it's time for them to be seated. Unpoliced by nandos staff. Disappointing. The food however was served in a reasonable time and was very nice with no problems encountered.

C. W.First time going, my opinion that it's overrated, still stands. Nothing exciting. The chips with the peri salt where probably the top of my visit. Still baffles be when I walk into a restaurant and you can see no one bothering to use a hair net. There was 2, maybe 3 girls working in the kitchen bit, all hair nearly done to their waists, tied up in pony tails. I think I spent the entire them watching their pony tails swinging backwards and forwards as they moved round the kitchen. Very surprised there was no hair in my food.
J. M.I love nandos. But they do have an issue. When the food is ready it sits under a heatlamp for about 5 minutes until the server brings it to your table. I love creamy mash bit this actually causes the top of the mash to sort of rubbery, this happens every time without fail no matter which location I go to, the mash needs to be done last to stop this happening

A. K.Love Nandos... This place is in the middle of Victoria Square so perfect to do shopping and sneak in a peri Peri goodness!!!. If they are open to opening a chain in NY/NJ, I would do that... Whenever I visit UK, I find Nandos and try it at least once. Chicago location is also good and I tried it in US.
A.Nando's always a safe choice all around the world. Magnific grilled chicken with peri-peri sauce at different spicy levels with good sides and bottomles soft drinks. Nice staff.

Völlig überlaufen, dadurch etwas dreckig und verschmutzt. Der Service ist hier sehr überfordert. Das essen leidet nicht darunter. Hier schmecken alle Gerichte wunderbar. Die Soßen in den unterschiedlichen Schärfegraden machen den Unterschied. Zahlen, hinsitzen und auf das Essen warten. Die Getränke kann man jederzeit nachfüllen.
