Amazing fresh sandwiches made while you watch from tasty ingredients. I had the chicken and bacon on brown bread. Bread was fresh. You needed two hands for this sandwich.

Best sandwiches in Belfast. Great sandwiches and salads made to order while you wait. Owners and staff are fantastic and the quality of ingredients really are first class. Make sure to try their South Western sauce. Best of all, it won't hurt the pocket and they are generous with their fillings. I'd give Ruby's 6 stars if I could. You won't be disappointed.

Brilliant sandwich shop. Very fresh and worth the wait if it’s busy. To top it off, you will leave with a smile after paying the elderly man at the till - he is such a gentleman who really knows what customer service is all about

This place serves a very good sandwich and is definitely recommended for the lunch. They do not do any dinners as the shop closes around 4pm. The sandwich here is fresh and great in taste and as they advertise it is a sandwich which needs both your hands to hold it. Importantly the people who own and run it are very polite and take time to make you a perfect lunch. The club sandwiches are there too if you're starving :-)

A reserved little sandwich joint that is only open over the lunchtime period. Prepare to be respected and remembered for what you order. Personally I think their prawn avocado salad is the one of the nicest made lunches in town (hot sauce on the prawns). Love this place :) - Big portions by the way

All i can say is WOW. The two girls looked like they had just served 1000 sandwiches yet still smiled and had wonderful personalities. The sandwiches are made with fresh brown or wheaten bread. The ingredients are lovely and fresh and the quantity is very generous. Then you get to the till and a gentleman in a suit takes your money. The level of service you get from him is what is missing in todays service sector. He makes sure they are packed neatly, that you have enough napkins, he even asked if I was going to eat in the car. When I said yes he went out the back and came out with some sandwich wrap paper and said to put it on my knee to avoid loss. That on top of the friendly demeanour and caring attitude left me with a great experience and working out when I can drive back into Belfast for another. Great job team and Happy Christmas.

Discovered this place approx 1 year and half ago after many recommendations, now I can see why it is held in such high regard. The quality ro sandwiches are second to none!! The freshness of the products are plain to see and taste!!! The owners and staff are lovely people and there is never a dull moment in the shop. I wouldn’t entertain going to anywhere else in Belfast for a sandwich when Ruby’s is open!

I love Ruby's. Such friendly staff the offer personal attention. The salad bowl is my favourite. The sandwiches are well filled. Ruby's is popular at lunch time so there may be a short queue. Well worth 10 stars.

The staff are absolutely amazing could talk 2 them 4 ages. The sandwiches are filled 2 the absolute gills and its a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend 2 anyone who likes good food and good chat

Simply put, this is the best sandwich shop I've been to. Fresh, prepared that day, top shelf ingredients paired with extremely generous portion sizes makes for a great sandwich. And the value is amazing. But the staff are the crowning jewel of the establishment. Truly good people and extra pleasant.

BEST Sandwiches and Salad's in town!!! i have only recently come across this little gem hidden away down the side of Montgomery Street. The owner and his staff are without doubt the nicest people ever and there sandwiches are unreal... This is fast becoming my regular place for Lunch in Belfast, a MUST try for anyone.

Best sandwich shop in Belfast. Very highly recommended. Option of sandwich or salad box all made with fresh ingredients with as much salad items as you like. Club sandwich is the gem tho and it is recommended you share one with someone. Staff are also brilliant incredibly friendly and always up for a chat. Simply the finest sandwich store in the city and probably the country. Fresh ingredients and not drowned in mayonnaise like everywhere else. The owners work in the store and you can tell that this ensures top notch quality of service. The staff are fantastic too. Everyone who owns or works in other sandwich stores should be frogmarched to Ruby's and be shown how it should be done.

This is no ordinary sandwich bar, this place is a one off, spotless, full of character and very friendly. As for the sandwhiches they are not only mouthwatering in presentation,with endless variety but also great value. They are as filling and tasty as can be. .. Everything in them is fresh! I have to say I heard from a friend that the sandwiches were great. I decided to check this out with some work colleagues and we all agreed not only were the sandwiches amazingly delicious they were also packed full I was stuffed. Not only that the owner and staff were lovely the service is second to none and when I got to the till he offered me a free apple lol. They also do a club sandwich which is 3 slices of bread and lots of filling. Check out this wee gem of a sandwich shop for great food and great service. just around the corner from the Garrick bar.
