We stayed at Longbridge Premier Inn. Ideal for Central Birmingham (New Street) as it is only 30 minutes away by train and the station is a 5 min walk. Also, not being in the centre of Birmingham meant it was cheaper, £74 for a double room. £6 to park overnight. Had a lovely breakfast at the Beefeater where they do Continental or full English.

Fully understand the current situation regarding food availability, but was very disappointed with our meal and we ended up going to the hungry horse next door to finish our meal. It would have been very rude not to visit the local Beefeater, especially after receiving a 33% discount voucher (food only) via the loyalty card email. Being a burger fan I though I would sample the cheese and bacon variety. It was delicious. Would it have been delicious at full price... I think so, the chips and coleslaw were very complimentary. Overall very good, it was quite quiet. We had a good choice of tables, we were shown to our seats and the service was fast a friendly. I did have the new Missisppi mud pie for pudding, but it looked so delicious I forgot to take a photo. It certainly was! Overall a good (mostly meaty) selection of dishes on the menu. We had soft drinks and water, however there was a varied wine selection and full bar on offer. It's also worth noting that there is also a new Premier Inn Hotel above the restaurant.

We had quite a big table order, among other orders there were two 'T' bone steaks, one was perfect but the other one was quite bad, we mentioned it to our waitress and with no prompting or issues they offered either a fresh steak or to take it off the bill. It's refreshing to see positive attitude to dealing with issues rather than having to get a manager and questioning the customer like you see so often nowadays. The rest of the food was pretty good and the service was excellent. Even with the issues with the steak I wouldn't hesitate to visit again because of the way it was handled.

Had my free birthday meal. It was delicious. We frequent Beefeater at least once every 2 weeks. The staff are friendly the food is usually really good but if you have an issue with anything they're ready to oblige and put things right. .

The heating had broken so they had put portable heaters round the place which made it warmer but not good because having 4 young children in the group was a high risk. We had a party of 14 of us comprising of 6 children and 8 adults. We had preordered all our food so was quick to arrive to the table, food was ok not the best quality (all of us had different choices). Staff were friendly and approachable which is getting unheard of now adays.

Went here for breakfast with my family, the service was great, staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, in the morning you can choose from a continental breakfast or a cooked breakfast. I you choose the cooked breakfast you will also gain access to the continental selection. The choice of food and drinks are very good, plus there were good choices for my 2 young children. There is free parking located nearby within the long bridge shopping area and plenty of shops to browse after eating. Thus beefeater has great accessibility and also was very clean when I visited.

Unlimited fries is the best thing I've ever heard of. The place itself and atmosphere was enjoyable. We noticed staff do some interesting things (not throwing away napkins that had fallen on the floor and been kicked around by various staff members before being picked up) which was.. pretty gross. Hopefully they weren't planning on being reused and overall staff were friendly.

I've been here a hand full of times. Excellent food, free 3 hours parking, close to a train station and buses. Steaks, bugers, prawns and Sunday dinner with exstra was more than enough. When it isn't write, very happy to bring out fresh food.

We eat here quite regularly, the food is the usual Beefeater menu so you know what to expect and usually tastes good, sometimes it feels like there aren't enough staff to cover all of the tables meaning long waits. Refillable drinks can be left empty for a while as customers cant fill their own drink, unlike at some other similar chain restaurants.

This is one of my favourite places to go to on a regular basis. The customer service is fantastic and the choice of food is brilliant. If they make a mistake with the order they really try to make it up to you with a free drink or fries. The value is good too. Not as expensive as we thought and cheaper than a lot of other similar places to eat. The venue is modern but characteristic. I always feel relaxed and in no rush to leave. Highly recommended!

This is the place nearest to home, so we often walk over for a drink, nice atmosphere and San Miguel on draft. Just recently they have updated the Sunday lunch menu and we have had the rump of lamb and the slow roast beef. Its bottomless gravy and roast potatoes. There's a generous portion of vegetables and a side of cauliflower cheese is extra but worth it 😋 The staff ate young but still efficient anx friendly.
