B&S is located on a little retail shopping estate and there is free parking for a few hours. B&S was a lovely place to pop in for a quick bite. Service was very quick, restaurant was quiet. We popped in at 2pm on a Sunday, it was nice and quiet. I had a beef burger meal, it was tasty with a side of fries, we left very pleasantly plump. 😬 Would come back again, recommend!

Visited on the recommendation of a friend, and because we've spotted a few of these popping up around Birmingham. Menu is limited to burgers and fries variants, not any of the usual side dishes normally seen in other burger joints. Burger options are Beef, Chicken or Veggie. Was undecided between Beef or Chicken, staff were very helpful in recommending the chicken burgers if you wanted something with a bit more substance, as the Beef burger patties are very thin. We ordered a Fiery Chicken special, regular Chicken burger and a kid's meal chicken burger, all combos with milkshakes. The fiery chicken was a decent sized burger with two layers of chicken, but we found no difference between the kids chicken burger and the normal one. The chicken on the regular burger was unusually thin so we assumed that they had given us two kids burgers. One could assume that a chicken thigh was sliced into three or four layers in order to construct a burger with a such a wafer like layer of chicken. When we questioned this it turned out that the kids chicken burger was actually incorrectly served as a normal burger. This really made us think how small a kid's burger would actually be. We compared the burger to the pictures on the menu and decided that the waitress's explanation of the chicken all being different sizes when cooked as a bit of a fob off. The milkshakes had way too much ice in them which became watery very quickly; These are definitely not worth the price, along with the regular chicken burger. Unfortunately this will not be a restaurant we will return to, as neither adults nor children were full upon leaving, despite the high cost of the meals. The server did however upgrade my fries to an Animal special, which was very tasty and much appreciated.

I’ve been to the B&S up Alum Rock so I am familiar with the product but my meal here left me feeling totally uninspired compared to my visit to the other branch. The burger was overcooked and the presentation was depressing with the bun totally compressed and flat. Fries went cold quite quickly too, but you get that everywhere with skinny fries. Had to really push for any kind of sauce. I asked for ketchup and another server was able to get me some. Customer engagement is everything in a post rate my takeaway world and it lacked here. Food was good but only average good - I’ll continue to use Alum Rock but not too fussed about this branch.

Fancied a Friday Chuck-out change so gave this place a go. It was quite busy but 75% of the customers in there were gig-economy jockeys (Just Eat etc) collecting their orders. We ordered 2 meals and a portion of chicken strips with milkshake. Sadly only banana flavour was available. It took 15mins for our order to arrive but unfortunately there were 2 milkshakes missing - it then took another 7 minutes for these to turn up. The saving grace for Burger and Sauce though is the food was bang-on. Bloody expensive! (£9 for burger/fries/shake meal). But very nice. Our classic burgers were very tasty. The fries were covered in a wonderful cheese sauce and spring onions, but sadly the extra time on the pass had made them quite soggy The staff were all very pleasant too. Apart from the well over average cost and the silly mistakes I'd be happy to recommend you give this place a go. Made a nice change from Maccy-D, KFC or BK.

Come here regularly and the food is always a high standard whilst being crazy cheap for what you get. The burgers are fresh and taste amazing always cooked to perfection and the two complementary sauces are both extremely nice and flavourful. The one thing I would want them to improve on is their fizzy drinks because they are a bit watered down but that's not a big issue for me. Great place, great service and great food. Hidden gem in Birmingham.

The animal style fries are quite nice but could be better if they used different fries. The burger was very dry and the nachos were stale, I had to put on a load of sauce to actually eat the burger. I’d definitely get the animal style fries again but not the burger as I didn’t enjoy it.

Very clean location and friendly staff. Good space management. Food is made with very good quality ingridients. Meat is juicy and slightly crispy on the outside. Signature fries filled with fresh spring onion. However from company named B&SAUSE I was expecting a way bigger range of sauces and possibility to make my own choice of sauce on my burger. Sauces available are not very special in flavour to be honest. Overall I rate 5 stars for a fantastic quality, price and decent size of meals.

Burgers are very good quality and reasonably priced. Packed and full of flavour. Fries are a little dry but the complementary sauce was amazing and easily solved this problem. I was very impressed with the food. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is seeing the kitchen staff wearing torn gloves (which makes wearing them pointless) and them eating bits of food before then going on to handle customers food. Not something customers wants to see! Other than that the food was great and the restaurant looked clean.

First time using this place and apart from the food a little less warm than I would like it (ordered through uber 🙃) My beef burger was 10 out of 10 they let me tweet it a bit e.g had jalapeños instead of gherkin My fries were what fries are supposed to be. My nachos were lovely and last but not least that pink lemonade absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend The service person I spoke to on phone was very nice 👌

Love the food here and the new Cheeto burger is soo nice however the mocktails are a joke. The mango and passion tasted like Robinsons cordial. The apple mocktail tasted like flat sprite with some apple syrup. Don’t waste your money trying them.

Lovely place, clean and pleasant. Staff are friendly and very helpful, the food was great. 5 star rating for the fact that the food was made quickly, it was hot, definitely fresh, the customer service was on point and the price range is UNBEATABLE for what you're getting. I would recommend the spicy sauce in the burgers and also the chicken and cheese fries are great. I am a regular customer here and any time I've had an issue with an order the managers have been great and understanding to ensure I leave satisfied.

Run don’t walk to try their beef burgers. Think of it like a spicy Shake Shack or Boo burger but not too spicy. Fresh beef makes all the difference. And the sauces are to die for like Mac sauce but 100x better. Tip: always ask to go for the mighty combo.

Cannot fault this shop! I cannot recall one time in which I have been unhappy with my order or the service I received from this store (both over the phone and in-store). I am very picky when it comes to restaurants/takeaways I will eat from based on the quality of their food and the level of hygiene. Alongside that, I also have to be very cautious when it comes to different foods, especially how it’s prepared due to my health issues (for example; cooked in heavy grease) but I would recommend the branch in Castle Vale to anyone. It always tastes amazing and you can taste that the food is freshly prepared upon order, not pre-made and sat there to go cold (like other fast food restaurants). The premises are always very clean and in immaculate condition.The manager & rest of the team do an amazing job and are always really polite and friendly. Definitely recommend! -Vianna

Can’t fault them. 20 minutes from order to door on a large, mixed order. Everything was there, packaged well and even things like the chips staying in their bags and the burgers were assembled perfectly. On top of all that, we all loved everything! I can not fault them tonight , cause its the delivery drivers fault. The manager of the Burger and Sauce is really nice, understanding what has happened. He was happy to give me a refund from UberEats for my order. I was trying to get in touch with the driver cause I had someone else's food, and of course the food didn't go to waste, cause we know the driver won't be back to come and collect it. The driver didn't pick up the phone. what my mom told me was he just left the food and gone. I wish the driver can stick around and make sure we got our order correct, Cause I don't like ringing up restaurants cause I don't like to be so and so with them cause its not their fault but the drivers fault. I've ordered from here twice and the food is lovely, their chicken burgers are so yummy, fries yummy and these where my past orders cause my mom had to go to work, so she needed something eat, and of course my mom loved her food because someone at work ordered and he ordered for her as well, so I know she loves this place., I wish there was an option for the chicken strips not to be spicy cause me and spicy food does not mix lol.. other than the driver mistake tonight, don't fault the restaurant. Ordered from here nothing special just seems like another burger place. The burger chicken fillet was a tad burnt around the edges don't know how that happens if it's fried unless they're mass cooked and kept hot under a light. The chips weren't much to shout about either

We were new to the area and stumbled across Burger and Sauce whilst shopping in the retail park and thought we will definitely try out the food as the building and branding looked brilliant. Ordered a vegetarian burger and a fiery chicken burger this evening with a portion of chicken strips and signature fries. We was blown away at the quality, presentation and overall taste of the food! The veg burger was very tasty with lots of flavour, and the chicken was fried to perfection. The boxes that the food came in was not the usual cheap takeaway boxes that majority of restaurants use but instead something you would expect from a very premium restaurant doing takeaway! Seen a couple negative reviews which personally I don’t understand as that’s the opposite experience we had. All staff had face masks on and there was hand sanitiser on entry and masks for those who didn’t have one on, and stickers for 2M apart. 10/10 and one of the best around
