Good service and short wait. The fries were nicely crispy and well seasoned, with a Regular comfortably feeding two. The shake was creamy but not too rich, which paired well with the salted caramel. The burger patty was well cooked, but unfortunately quite greasy and lacked seasoning - which lost a star. Overall, pretty good and worth the price.

I visited twice on a Friday. The service was great and as expected. The usual up-sell but I only wanted to try the Cheeseburger, which if you know Five Guys is actually two beef patties. Kind of like a double cheeseburger. I had the mushrooms and bacon as an extra and it tasted very good indeed. I'm not a fries person but they looked good and not over cooked. When I went back I just had a cheeseburger and it was just as good as the first.

Depending on your toppings, there's always a different burger for what you fancy. The hotdogs are also very good if you want a change. You get tons of fries that come salted or cajun... i recommend cajun and mayo to dip. Forget about the price and enjoy that delicious 🍔! Shakes are good too

WARNING! Beautiful food review ahead! This restaurant is a stereotypical American diner but without all the greasy food. There are no complex menus. Perfect for them indecisive people who spend forever choosing what to eat. You place the self order at your own leisure and no time in wasted getting you seated as its all self seating on comfortable benches. As a vegetarian you need to opt for the 'veggie sandwich with grilled cheese'. The name is deceptive. It's actually a hot burger bun with grilled mushrooms tomatoes onions lettuce with optional pickles and jalapenos with spicy hot sauce. Fantastic news, they don't charge you for optional extras so go wild when ordering. Definitely recommend a side portion of Cajun fries, the most addictive sides I've tasted, but I would recommend the small size as they always give you what seems to be double the quantity and it's perfect to feed two. The Oreo milkshake is thick and a perfect texture. It has plenty of Oreo biscuits for a strong flavour and fuller texture. But it's heavy so drink slowly, otherwise you find yourself struggling to finish your burger. The food is served quickly via self collection. You're given an order number on your receipt. Best thing whilst you wait is the unlimited supply of roasted salted peanuts still in the shells. I made a right mess everywhere but hey, they tasted good! Price is reasonable, however the side order of fries are somewhat overpriced for regular size just under £5. If ordering the veggie sandwich then I'd recommend ordering 2x. The burger is small. There is no on site free parking unless travelling after 6pm where there is street parking which gets busy quickly behind broad st. Otherwise there is ample paid car parks within a short walking distance. Overall, this was a great experience and I was unable to fault the staff or restaurant. I would indeed recommend all vegetarians and vegans to visit.

Staff were efficient and speedy getting my order through. Once I got it I had ketchup instead of BBQ sauce (I ordered a little cheese burger with BBQ sauce - nothing else). I decided to try five guys for the very first time and I was absolutely surprised with the way I was received. Everyone working had a fantastic atmosphere especially the one that served me. He made my ordering process so easy with all the right recommendations. Not only he was helpful but he saved me some money as I was about to order a Large portion of fries but he recommended a medium portion which was plenty and more than enough for me. The milkshakes were very nice as well as the burger. Five guys Broadstreet will see me very often. I’m happy there’s still restaurants operating this effectively. 5 stars for sure!

For a good burger meal, we have been here several times. But it is expensive - £ 50 for 3 burger meas. Lots of good options and toppings to choose from. The burgers taste good and are cooked nicely. The milkshakes are good in a burger place style. There are peanuts in shells available which are very tasty. Grab a handful and keep them for days.

Absolutely love five guys, the burgers are amazing but...the fries or chips seriously need some improvement, soggy and loaded with salt is not very appealing also the browny colour look makes you want to just leave them at the bottom of the bag. Think your customers would appreciate a normal chip, at least give a trial and get customer feedback, no harm in trying.

Burgers are nothing special and they fill you with drinks and nuts. Very expensive for what it is. All the pick and chose is a distraction from the bland burgers served here. This particular shop was quite messy whenever I have visited here so not going back anymore. They charge you more than gourmet burger places (like Gourmet Burgers and Handmade Burgers Co etc.) Nice concept to make money for the investor but not a good value for the consumer, especially if you want to have a good dine out with family or friends. Staff are very friendly and service is quick too and that is what the 3 stars are for.

Went to FIVE GUYS on Broad Street during lunch time with a friend. The customer service was fantastic, with friendly staff. Tried the Veggie Sandwich (veggie burger) and fries. Very nice succulent burger but a damn shame we couldn’t try the cheese burger as the establishment doesn’t offer a Kosher or Halal option. Tried the milk shake too, which was very very average and way way overpriced (robbery) ... 3 stars... may go back and possibly give a 5 star in future but I doubt they will reduce their prices which are very expensive as a meal for one could end up costing £10+.

I ordered online so that I could simply collect my order on arrival. Burger was ready exactly on time. Standard size burger us actually pretty massive double burger with plenty of choice of toppings which don't cost extra. If you have small appetite then go for small size as a standard is a double burger. An extra patty costs more but unless you want three or more patties I wouldn't bother. I recommend if there are two of you, just order one normal size chips as they are massive portions. If you like burgers then you'll like these!

A little pricy for a burger and fries.... But by golly, it's the most satisfying burgers and fries. Place is kept clean. Staff are always nice. They have the cool drinks machine where you can choose the flavours on the screen and mix'n'match. The fries are soooo good. The cut potatoes (leaving the skin on), fry them in peanut oil I think.... And they taste as good as home made fresh chips. Normally I prefer my own chips at home, but the ones here are so good that I don't miss my own!

I also have to mention that the service is really good too. One word of warning that I will give is that Five Guys do use peanut oil for their fries, and therefore people with allergies to nuts do need to be careful if planning a visit for just their burgers.

The burgers and fries are huge portions -- with a standard burger having 2 patties. The extra toppings are extensive but free thankfully and the same with their milkshakes. Came here for a snack inbetween doing some activities in Birmingham, I shared a large portion of fries with my husband and I had a chocolate milkshake and my husband had an oreo milkshake. The staff were extremely welcoming and the service was fast. The fries were moreish and the portion was massive; and the milkshakes were delicious. The burgers here are unreal. It isn't cheap but worth it for a treat. It seems like fast food, which it kind of is but you'll struggle to find a better burger. They also sell beer and have a pretty awesome drinks machine where you can combine different flavours. This is also refillable. Staff always seem pretty friendly. We sometimes come here before or after the cinema!
