Staff are attentive and friendly, the place isn't that big but the burgers were decent. We was a family of 8 and ordered wings/strips and burgers, they delivered both together and the way it was presented was nice, however it took up too much space on the table, staff could've communicated better to say that it's better if starters came first because it would've been easier as our burgers got cold by the time we finished our starter. If I knew the starters are served on a plate and it'll pretty much take up the whole table I would've said to serve them separately.

ordered the flaming patties burger, which has 3 patties. with flaming fries that comes with jalapeños and cheese. burger was good but have had better. the strips and wings were really nice and fresh. food is good overall but very expensive for what you get.

They do good quality burgers although a little pricy. The staff were friendly and provided a good service. Its a small place if you are planning to dine inn. They give you option of 16 toppings for your burger or you can just ask them to make it nice.

Staff are helpful, taking time to explain the menu before placing our order as it was our first visit. Cheese, Chargrilled Chicken Burgers, Salted Fries and Chicken Strips ordered with a good choice of toppings. Food was well presented and tasted okay, unfortunately my view is that prices are over inflated.

In the photo are the flamin patties burger, chicken strips and fries. Everything is always good here. I love the fact that they give you the options of extra toppings on your burgers without charging extra. A lot of places charge extra. The strips are crispy and delicious and the fries are well portioned and tasty. The peanut oil makes a nice difference.

I got peri fries and the regular cheeseburger. Both were so so good; it reminded me of Five Guys but for a much better price. The sauces in the burger tasted exceptional as well. Overall, a really good meal.

Been waiting a long time to try this place after all the good reviews and recommendations. I got the cheese burger with grilled mushrooms and onions, Algerians sauce and pickles. The burger was really juicy and delicious. I got the peri fries which I’m not really a fan of but we’re decent. Friendly service and I definitely recommend coming here.

Had the Flamin patty burger and Flamin fries. The burger was great had a triple beef patty and was filling. The Flamin fries had cheese and jalapenos on them and were alright. The overall customer service was exceptional, Ameera the young lady that served me was proper approachable. The pricing is a bit steep. Decent seating available. Generally a good vibe.

Hands down without a doubt the best burger place I have ever been to! The standout was the chicken burger. Well designed restaurant with very friendly staff who couldn't have been more accommodating. Good ambience with a very reasonably priced menu. A very pleasing find and I look forward to visiting again!!!

Was recommended this Burger place. So tried it as we were passing through Birmingham. Greeted by Naomi who helped and explained the food they made. She recommended the Cheese Burger. Was a Great choice as this delicious smash Burger was demolished by us. I also ordered the large chips and what a big portion of Chips. More like 3 portions on a plate. Overall great food.

WOW WOW WOW. I was most definitely impressed with flaming patties, everything was perfect. The flamin fries are soo soo good, you can definitely tell the fries are fresh. The flavours of the cheese sauce, jalapeño and peri salt all go so well together. 10/10 Was very happy to have a burger that wasn’t greasy. Presentation of the burger was good and the burger tasted even better. I’d definitely recommend this place !

Went to flamin Patties after a long time and their food is still spot on. Was recommended to try the beef burger with mustard and ketchup (in which I was unsure about) the brother who served us, gave us a complimentary burger with mustard and ketchup to try out and I must say it was delicious. I think I’ll know what to order next time 😊 Quality food and great customer service….. 👍🏽

I’ve come to flamin patties quite a few times now and the food is absolutely amazing they are very consistent with their quality regarding the food it’s definitely a 10/10 from me. I’ve tried the cheese burger and the grilled chicken so far more than once and I just crave more after every meal! The service is always incredible with the staff being attentive to you throughout the meal and checking in to make sure everything is good with the food, our server rawayda was amazing and very friendly as always when we have visited. Definitely a place that is worth the travel and money! Will be back soon for definite 😃

After many many recommendations to try this place, I finally got the chance to visit today. Instantly got a table and the person who served me was super friendly and explained the menu to me and what the best items were on the menu. I went for the Cheese burger with fries and drink. The burger was delicious and Aaminah was extremely helpful and helped resolve an issue with my burger. Loved that they have so many toppings to choose from and you can literally have as many as you like! Loved the garlic Mayo on the side. Will definitely be visiting again but this time to try some other things on the menu! Definitely recommend visiting for a good burger and good food. Spacious too, and loved the covid measures they had in place such as the barriers between each table. Must try :)

Stunning burger joint. They've kept it simple but superbly cooked with the highest quality ingredients. As someone with a lust for spice; this place delivers. I've had the *Flamin Fries* on every visit - mauled in melted cheese with the most amazing cut-fresh jalapeños. Bravo. I look forward to visiting again and dining in, once the full lockdown has been lifted in July 2020.

Came here because of recommendations from others that this was better than Slamburger. I've had the signature Flamin'Patties burger 🍔 and I thought it was on par with Slamburger. The most popular burger is the Cheese Burger and that was definitely 👌🏽 Didn't like the chips so much as not had much potatoes in them. However the Ferrero Rocher Milkshake was absolutely delicious!

Very nice prime beef burgers and generally consistent, it is a little pricey though. Would be great if they added rashers to the toppings, for me that would complete the burger experience.

Best halal burger place in Brum! Was served by the loveliest waitress, she was so friendly and her customer service was excellent! Havent been here before but after hearing of their new menu had to give it a go! Can’t think of anything that was wrong with the food at all, it was all fresh and the portion size was generous! The burger was truly amazing, you can literally taste how fresh it is and you get to pick as many toppings as you like at no extra charge! The wings were amazing!!! Bought a mojito and a milkshake and they were definitely out the ordinary, would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back here to try more of the menu but the flammin patty burger is one to try for sure! Thank you for the amazing hospitality and food! Loved it (and I only give out 5 stars on the odd occasions)

It takes a real good business to see when they are at fault and make sure their customer leaves with a smile. The food is a great plus!

Service was great, Naomi was very attentive with her customer service skills. There was another young guy who was really good but didn’t get his name. We came in quite late after a comedy show. They were most welcoming. My first time trying and top marks to the chef Aisha who had her kitchen under control and made a fabulous burger. Will be coming again soon!

Placed an order on Uber Eats. Although one item was missing the food was lovely and warm. Gave the restaurant a call, the manager Mike was helpful and personally delivered the missing item along with Flamin’ fries and a delicious Oreo milkshake on the house (which my brother loved). The manager was extremely welcoming and gave really good recommendations, as well as the staff being very helpful. Went in late on a Friday night they were very busy. Waiter's were good, we got sat down quite quickly and then went up and ordered at the counter. I ordered the flaming patty burger which is 3 patties topped with whatever toppings you like, you pick out of 16, I got them all because I can. The burger itself looked wicked and everything worked very well I had mushrooms onions lots of salad. Algerian sauce which is wicked. The actually patties themselves could be spicier as I didn't find them hot at all but they were good. Meat was juicy and well seasoned. Price is a bit higher then most places if I'm honest, but not too bad Service was amazing the waiters are very good, couldn't fault them at all. They are happy to explain anything ,also we're very generous with dips. Overall it was a decent experience the place is nice and the food is good and the staff are welcoming. The only negative I would say is the seating is too tight but it is a small place, we were sat too close to another table I mean there was a one person gap between us. It wasn't ideal even without covid I don't like being so close to random people lol. The little covid barrier they have on the table is so pointless the only thing that would stop is the person sat next to me from stealing my food 😂 Don't think it will be any good at preventing covid spreading but I think it's good for stopping people picking at your fries Would definitely recommend you try it out if you go to ladypoole road and are looking for a nice chilled burger place with a simple menu. They just need to sort the seating out really

A++ amazing food and good prices! Will definitely come back here when in Birmingham next! The chips are gorgeous cooked in peanut oil. Nice place for burgers. Staff were generally friendly. Decent amount of seating but all in one row. Parking wise it's an issue as it's on a busy stretch so you may have to walk a little. Burgers were good and a very good size. Tenders were average. Worth a try if you haven't already. Not sure I'll go back though.

Awesome burgers! One of the best cheeseburgers I have had. Fries were really nice too and different. Wings were on point and the mojitos were made to perfection! The customer service was also on point. 👌🏽 Only disappointment was that fries were fried in peanut oil and as a result my son couldn’t have them, as he’s allergic to nuts. However despite that they allowed me to bring food from another outlet for him.
