B. K.The customer service is one of the best in town! Amazing food with friendly staff. In all honesty this place is quicker than most other shops as I have only 30minutes lunch break and don’t want to be waiting around my entire break. Thanks you jaqks!
M. Z.Absolutely loved it!! When I walked in the place it was immaculate, I was acknowledged within 30seconds with a friendly hello. The order time was instant I was actually served by the manager/owner he very polite and friendly. The food was a 10/10 for me I would recommend this place to anyone

W. A.Food was nice but if it's a small order you have to ask for sauces. If you get one of the big meals then we he guy behind the counter offers you sauce. Abit unfair if you ask me. Everyone should be offered sauces !

Second time I've been now, brought my mate and we both had great meals with refillable drinks. Had a great deal and feel very satisfied with the cleanliness, layout and it's just a really cool place.
I.GREAT CHICKEN
As Southern fried chicken goes, Jaqka is up there with the best.
Chicken, was pipping hot and freshly cooked. The coating was cispy and coated all the pieces completely. The chicken tasted great. Succulent and juicy without being greasy. The fries are skin on fries, that come in massive portions!. Coleslaw was freah and creamy, gravy is really good too.
Not as good as kfc but better than the rest of the chicken shops in Birmingham.
D. P.The place looks awesome and the lady who served us was very cheerful. If Five Guys did Chicken it would be like how JAQKS are doing it! We had the chicken wings and strips which went down a treat and the chicken dinner with gravy was one of the best I've ever had. Can't wait to visit again!
