M. R.Great service. Staff were very friendly, managed to grab some food just before closing time! Went back because I loved the food so much. Honestly this place is awesome!
E. O.Very busy location and service took quite a while however it is the environment and general atmosphere that is most worrying in a manner of speech. This is not a place to enjoy a meal but rather pick up something and eat anywhere else. Have no pleasant memories of the visit besides a very friendly a d helpful cleaner who observed me being told there were no sauce sachets and somehow went off and came back with some.
There atmosphere is not welcoming and I probably will not be returning.
l. l.Myself and my partner had a trilogy box meal each yesterday and have spend the majority of today being sick and in absolute agony! I called the restaurant to be told by the manager that I need to re educate myself as it’s not food poisoning baring in mind we both work in kitchens and we are aware of food safety, he then laughed and hung up. My advice- go else where!

A. C.Always fairly fast service at this branch despite it being city centre so always busy. I have, however, had multiple occasions where theyve got my order slightly wrong... Not a major issue but if you get home and then realise then it can be an issue.
C. Y.KFC meals are always good bargain. My favourite for years.. Facilities here are constantly being cleaned, so the environment is neat and tidy.

T. J.We had wonnderful lunch in a very sophisticated clean and relaxed setting, the staff were very friendly, and the food was very palette pleasing. Try the mock tails to cleanse an all round superb experience I highly recommend, I will be visiting again. 💯
a. o.Really delicious and spicy chicken. Staff nice and chatty. It was an early lunch that kept me going on for hours on end until i went back home in the evening.

My only issue with the store is their ordering screens. I do feel that they are very crammed and make it extremely hard for people to order comfortably

w. J.Food was great as always, but the cashier serving the pay till kept leaving her post to distribute orders even though people where still waiting and they had more than one person on distribution of orders. I felt quite disappointed that they feel this is a good way to keep customer happy 😡

S. J.I don’t believe that reviews about whether just eat have done their job properly are fair or helpful to the restaurant. Just eat don’t check orders and should do. They deal swiftly with any noisy loitering riff raff unlike Erdington by exploding a security guard! My favourite branch in Birmingham. Always hot and crispy and they shouldn’t be blamed for taking longer during very busy times.

B. M.Quiet a big KFC in comparison to most of them consequently the queue times aren't that bad but can be quite long. The food is very good in my opinion and often tastes fresh.
In terms of value it's very good and is much better if you use the kfc and collect the stamps.
Only problem i had is getting your order right and I found that they can miss out things or just plain get it wrong.

S. P. C.I don't get in there much but once in a while I'd pop in for some chicken and corn on the cob. Staff are always friendly. Prices are reasonable. Seats are comfort. Toilets pleasant

I was looking at the reviews and some person said Africans sell dope here well yes they are there from around six PM in by experience. They are also not African they are British Jamaican men in the 20s like me.
Just beware of your surroundings when getting dark.

m. p.They put ketchup on my tower burger along with mayo snd made it all wet and slippy .... not nice to have i shall be telling them to leave the ketchup out unless its mixed together with the moya to make pink sauce

F. A.Need more bins, cleaner tables, cleaner floors. Definitely need a much better system of notifying customers when their order is actually ready. The number on the till receipt means nothing as the number displayed on the screen whilst you're waiting can disappear altogether and that does not mean that your order is ready, you can still wait quite a while for your order to be completed and given to you. This is certainly not a fast food restaurant. I've waited for over 20 minutes for an order on several occasions. Even citing that my son is Autistic and the delay is taking too long doesn't always guarantee a faster order. The staff call out your number from the receipt but at its busiest time of day you've no chance of hearing that clearly or loudly enough especially if like myself you have hearing problems or are profoundly Deaf! It's very chaotic in there and unfortunately all the food courier companies come in asking for their own customers orders and it holds up the queue and service for customers like myself walking in off the street.

I just remembered that the last meal(February 2018), even though there was a shortage of chicken so that not all the KFC shop can provide fried chicken, this branch could still have the provision of chicken, such that we can have a slightly happy ending for our trip in Birmingham, after the torture and discrimination from Brasshouse Language Centre.
