The burgers here are delicious and they set the standards very high with their competitors. Love how the burgers are named after famous gangsters. It gives a lot of character to it!

This is another place that has very good smash burgers. Had an Angus burger meal. The burger was very filling, the patties were soft and Juicy. The fries were a pretty decent portion and were soft and hot. Waited for about 20 minutes for order and then munched in the car.

Overall, this is one of the best burger places in Birmingham that I have tried. I had the Escobar burger. I like their signature buns. A bit pricey overall, but now a days, most places are lol. Sabeel, who works there, was very friendly. Great customer service. My fries did get a bit cold; however, that could have been due to my delay - I'll check next time. My recommendations: They should have some signature sauces. The chicken and beef patty could have been juicier and tastier. The chicken could be even more tender and softer.

Got the Cartel burger with masala fries, burger was well put together, doritos were crispy not losing their texture. Chicken was crispy and tender as advertised. Masala fries had a good masala ratio, and very good to enjoy. A wider selection of drinks/soft drinks is recommended however.

The best spot to get a hallal beef burger in bham. Shop location is a dump.(sorry buts the truth) Inside it's clean- food quality is 10/10! Quality of ingredients, cooking, seasoning, taste, even down to the bread/ brioche bun I can't fault it at all. I've eaten alot of burgers up and down the UK and this place is very good. Their chips / french fries are good too. Portion size is perfect. However only let down for me personally, is not enough lettuce in the burger - that's my own personal opinion as I like alot more lettuce in a burger 🍔 thin strips The beef patty is moist (most burger joints the beef patties are dry, thin rubbery) btw you dont need to use any sauce ontop of the burger, Capone has got everything in it. Double it up kray twins X2 6oz beef and you your stuffed. Just need to clear up the shop front man....

The fries are soo good and the sauces are very unique and delicious ! Definitely give the fries a 10/10. The burger is also really nice and full of flavour, I’d definitely recommend.

I was recommended this place by some friends in Birmingham. Being from near Bradford this place has a lot to live up to. The brothers were very accomodating and went out of their way to make sure everything was on point. The kray twins burger I ordered was without the doubt the best burger I have in a very long time. They went out of their way to cook the donner in onions and peppers. I would recommend this place without a doubt. If you love your burgers then look no further

Great burger and very great and unique setup. I had the kray twins burger which was great and full of flavour. There was sauce dripping from the burger which first made me though the bun would fall apart however it was all greatly put together! I have heard the Angus burger taste even better so hopefully will be returning to try that next.

I've had the Angus burger and Al-capon from here and the Angus was better in taste and quality but both delicious. Slightly negative thing ive noticed was the bun. It gets soggy, if it was toasted a bit that would prevent the soggy bottom. Nonetheless I look forward to eating from here again.

Traveled from Derby after hearing the interesting name 😂 and it was well worth the journey. Highly recommend their entire chicken collection. I loved this place! I ordered it for the first time two weeks ago with my family. We brought the Chickano Meals, Kray Twinz Meal and a Cheeseburger meal, and all of them tasted soo good and fresh! With our meals we brought the cheesy fries, and we all really loved the nacho cheese on the fries, however, the fries were not as fresh I thought, but I did not mind it because everything else was perfect. For what they offer, we believed everything was for a good price. Would recommend this place and would go down again!

Great in the car lockdown choice. Accepts card. Had the Pablo chicken burger, very fresh with great flavours and tender meat. I had the Escobar burger. Fantastical presented and very tasty. It wasn’t like the usual beef patty and chicken steak collision. The crispness of the chicken really complimented the flurry of flavour that were held in the juicy patty. However, the fries were a big let-down I must say. I had the masala and the jerk fries which were both doused in a sauce which did nothing but make them soggy. Other than that and the long wait, I would recommend these guys for the burgers.

The food; got "the boss", the double beef burger, masala fries and their red doner kebab. They were right, I am definitely coming back again. One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. I am a big fan of smash burger but its nice to find a place that does the old fashion gourmet burgers soo well. I would recommend the escobar as their fried chicken is just as good as their beef and you get both in that burger. Masala fries are also on point along with their popcorn chicken. With soo much competition in Birmingham this place really bring in their own amazing touch that makes you want to go over and over again. Wait times can be a little high as their so popular so I would suggest ordering ahead or if you live close enough just order to your house not sure how the burgers would taste after being in a delivery bag but fresh off the grill they are on another level.

I'm going to give Paccinos 4 stars, I've been trying to order from here for some time but their opening seems pretty inconsistent. Not the easiest place to order from. We had the peaky blinder which was a VERY VERY GOOD burger. So definitely one I'd have again. As for their masala fries, wasn't a fan at all nasty aftertaste left in mouth possibly due to old oil? Their red donner was not my cup of tea but wasn't greasy either. I think I'd return for their burgers but thats it I think

WOW heard so much about this place and about the food and how nice is it. And It was completely correct. The food was amazing the Kray twins burger was 10/10 beef patty was of a good cut and cooked to the correct heat topped with some amazing garnish. The pizza are very good nice crispy base with good quality toppings sprinkled with Italian mixed herbs. Now the only reason why they have a 3 star rating is I waited almost over 2 hours 20 mins for the food. This is the longest I have waited for a meal to be delivered as I usually cancel it. But I actually thought that they had forgotten about the order. Hopefully next time this timing issue will.be sorted. I definitely recommend their burgers.
