Wanted to take a photo with the whole Burger but was too hungry and it looked so delicious. It doesn’t look so tasty as it is devoured already but the taste was amazing. This is actually the "Chicken Donner Burger" which is cheap but very big and delicious. Add in the note to have the Special Sauce put inside the burger - you will not regret it! Next on my list is the shawarma

Ordered the mixed meat wrap, very generous portion sizes that’s for sure ! The wrap came packed with chips and sauce inside and was absolutely delicious. Great location also, very close to the centre of Birmingham and Raddison Blu!

I am a regular customer, but there are some points to underpin. I don't understand why you have the option on JustEat for extra chicken of 100 grams on top and then it comes the same like the regular and I don't understand why the food delivery comes always barely warm. Is this restaurant fault or delivery? I don't know and I'm not here to investigate further. Things have to improve in terms of food selling/description and definitely delivery. Until such services are not improved to standard I will claim my refund. I love your food but you have to maintain your standards and advertising as it is really competitive out there. I hope this review is been taken as a constructive criticism and in no way to shame the restaurant or the business. Will be ordering soon again and hope for better delivery/service.

This review is on the Middle Eastern restaurant Shawarma Hub in Birmingham. Great food, fast delivery and quality service every time. I got the Chicken and Beef shawarma. The meat is perfectly spiced and cooked. They have a wide variety of sauces, ranging from sweet to spicy to creamy. Portions are generous. All in all, a great dining experience. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be returning.

I visited on Sunday 4 October 2021 at approximately 2pm. I was informed by the older gentleman owner and the shop server that they would be open in 10-15 minutes. No issue. I came back 15 minutes later eventhough it was raining quite badly by this point because I was keen to try it. Shortly after I came back the second time another customer arrived. The server greeted him like an old friend. I got talking to the other customer who confirmed he was new to the city and kept coming back here because it was so good! The server then opened the shutter, and attempted to serve the customer who came after me first. I found that a bit of an affront as the server obviously knew I was first and it was raining quite heavily. Thankfully, the customer who came after me told the server no, don’t take my order- he (me) was first. The server then took my order. I asked for lamb, he said the lamb has run out sorry. I said ok can I have chicken etc. He took my order but then explained that they don’t have chips as the oil is being changed, but he will put extra chicken into the shawarma and charge me the same price. It was raining too heavily for me to bother with a debate especially as his English wasn’t that good. I reluctantly agreed which he seemed pleased about and he wrapped up the shawarma, not before coughing very near to my shawarma as he was wrapping it like it was nothing. Naturally that made me feel very uneasy. I did try the shawarma when I got home and it was nice. Hence the three stars. In two minds about going back there again for the full experience (chips and Lamb like I wanted) based on the below-par service I received.
